Today, I had a conversation with an investigator from the Cold Case Posse in AZ. We talked and I expanded on several dossiers filled with evidence for over an hour. They asked for all of my relevant information on Obama, the Harry Bounel alias evidence, and the dossiers I completed on Stanley Ann Dunham, her parents, and Michelle Obama as well. They have it all. BTW they also say that it looks like my information cannot be disproved and will be useful.
I have proof, definitive proof that Stanley Ann Dunham was in WA state in "1961" as per the issuance of a SSN numident in her name with the SSN 535-40-8522. There is no way that she was in HI and I have proof because in the fall she was in college in WA, not HI.

Issuance of a Certificate of Loss of Nationality for a U.S. Citizen is discretionary and based on 2 criteria: 1) is there evidence the renunciant will not be stateless if the CLN is issued and 2) has a voluntary expatriating act taken place and can it be proven by a preponderance of the evidence.
SAD Soetoro was required to inform the State Department if she had naturalized in a foreign state or if a family member had naturalized in a foreign state each time she renewed her passport. Also, she was asked to declare how long she planned to stay out of the U.S. and what her purpose was for leaving the U.S. These are not questions of idle curiosity. The State Department is building a case for issuing a CLN.
Obama was issued a CLN after his mother amended her passport to remove him from it because he had naturalized in Indonesian. Furthermore, she declared she did not plan to return to the U.S. on her 1968 renewal passport. The typed, red corrections on the renewal are indicative of corrections made by a State Department official after interviewing SAD Soetoro to establish evidence for issuing a CLN.
This is all the information the State Department needed to issue a CLN to Obama. Any one of any age can be issued a CLN. Minors, who have been issued CLNs, have the option to return to the U.S. before the age of majority (18 for Obama) and recapture their U.S. Citizenship with a written statement declaring their intent to maintain their U.S. Citizenship and stating Oath of Allegiance before a consular or diplomatic officer.
However, in Fox v. Clinton (2012), the Court of Appeals was critical of the State Department’s application of the INA as it pertained to the issuance of CLNs. The Court remanded the District Court to instruct the State Department to reconsider it decision making and issue CLNs to U.S. Citizens who moved out of the U.S., naturalized in a foreign state and declared an intention to surrender their U.S. Citizenship without submitting to a formal renunciation process. The Appeals Court, in no uncertain terms, remanded the District Court to instruct the State Department to recognize the intent of the INA is the give U.S. Citizens the freedom to surrender their citizenship if they move out of the country and declare they do not plan to return to the U.S.

Must have been a major problem for the author of 'Dreams' to know that ANNA TOOT had a history in Kenya with the clan at the village. Recall, Aunt Zeituni was there as a girl when the letters from the kenyan were read out to the clan by the only one who could read; Onyango Obama.
They remembered the names, they remembered the kenyan writing home to say he had a son in Hawaii. They remembered that ANNA'S father was against the marriage.
But ANNA'S father wasn't Stanley Armour Dunham, was he? And the kenyan didn't work for an oil company, he worked for the Dole Corp in the pine-apple cannery for ONE MONTH.

Take another look at Charlette LeFevre’s account. It contradicts you. It affirms that LeFevre first found the address where SADO was living on Capital Hill in the 1961-62 school year, and only then did LeFevre track down Toutonghi. LeFevre explicitly says that it was Toutonghi that offered the name “Anna” first in their conversation.
LeFevre: “As we were researching the residence of the Capitol Hill apartment that Ann Dunham and her son Barack Obama had lived in 1961 to 1962 - a residence that certainly wasn’t Abraham Lincoln’s log cabin, but nonetheless historical - we were also able to find one of the former apartment residents, Mary Toutonghi, listed in a directory.

Dunham as ‘Anna,’ not knowing that it was the same name as what was listed in the Seattle City Directory. This verified for us that indeed Mary had known Ann Dunham. Anna was obviously confident enough with Mary to have her babysit her son Barack and confide in her about her future plans.”
So Mary said “Anna” first, not LeFevre.
FReepers should note how LeFevre describes Mary’s memory and ask how reliable Mary’s memory regarding the age in months of her own baby would be and whether basing the key element of the Mal-Val narrative (insertion of an alternate Anna and alternate baby in early 1961) on Mary’s discrepant memory of her own baby’s age makes any sense. Mary’s memory of her baby’s age in early 1962 at the time she was babysitting Barry is contradicted by a pile of contemporaneous documents.
LeFevre: “She recalls as best she can the dates she babysat Barack as her daughter was 18 months old and was born in July of 1959 and that would have placed the months of babysitting Barack in January and February of 1962.”
Mary recalls “as best she could” meaning subject to probable error, but she gets the dates right likely because it was right before her husband graduated in 1962 and they moved out!
“Mary strains to remember the days back over 45 years ago and relates that she did not know why Anna was in Seattle but remembers she was ‘anxious to get back to her husband.’”
Mary “strains to remember” which is typical for any senior looking back so long.
So Mary said “Anna” first, not LeFevre.

hello fred- some good research on this is needed for sure— the article list anna as her first name, not like “stanley ann”.. mabe some good research on anna t. dunham or anna dunham, or anna t obama would do some good.. we know zero is part of the dunham family, due to madelyn willing alot of funds to barry when she died- Its clear that madelyn loved barry as family,and raised him fom age 10- besides he cant escape the dunham jaw passed down from stanley armour—lol..anna toot has to be from madelyn, i just cant see any other way -

From our extensive research, documentation found and interviews with locals who knew Ann and Barack firsthand, it appears Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and his mother Ann moved here to attend the Univ. of Washington shortly thereafter.
1961 and 1962 were the same years Bruce Lee lived on Broadway and Jefferson - just a short distance away and was practicing and training his martial arts in the parking lots and streets of Capitol Hill and on the campus of the Univ. of Washington. Stanley Ann Obama and Bruce Lee likely crossed paths.
Ann and Barack also lived just North of where Jimi Hendrix graduated Garfield High School.
Also of note the Ann attended the Univ. of Washington the year President John F. Kennedy would speak at the Univ. in Nov. of 1961 and undoubtedly would have inspired Ann Obama. Ann would also likely have been inspired by a speech given shortly thereafter in Nov. of 1961 at the Univ. by a young Martin Luther King.

Very little has been written about President Barack Obama¹s mother Stanley Ann Dunham¹s time here in Seattle. Brief articles and even briefer accounts from schoolmates make the person who was the ³most influential² person in Barack¹s life all the more intriguing. A single mother who enrolled in the University of Washington in 1961 and 1962 extension program she likely came across many social prejudices in the predominantly all white campus.
Perhaps Anna Obama felt more at ease in the diverse neighborhood of Capitol Hill which housed many students from the neighboring colleges. Recently located was a listing for Stanley Ann Obama in the 1961 Polk directory at the Seattle Public Library : “Obama Anna Mrs studt h516 13th av E apt. 2”
(SHOWN IN THIS SPACE IS THE LISTING FOR ANNA OBAMA.)
There is now no denying the fact that the U.S¹s next president had his first residence here in Capitol Hill Seattle albeit as a diapered infant. The apartment house was in the 500 block of 13th Ave. East between Republican and Mercer but no longer exists.
In its place is ³The Edge² apartments recently known as the ³Somerset Apartments². The property also aligns with ³Capitol Park Apartments² owned by Seattle Housing Authority. This 1937 photo of the 516 apartment house shows a three story, 21 room house. Stanley Ann Obama and an infant Barack Obama it is believed [now confimred] lived on the second floor.
[Note, 9/3/09: this was the same area were Bruce Lee lived and was also attending the University of Washington at the same time as Ann Obama.]
So, if your in the area, drive by and take a look at the neighborhood and when you pass by an infant, stop and say hello, you never know, these kids could grow up to be the next President of the United States.

Charlette Le Fevre telephoned Mary because she had found the address for ANNA OBAMA in the Seattle Polk, and then the name of Mary’s husband in the Reverse Directory. Charlette would have found Mary in Alaska by a simple Google of the name, as Mary had been interviewed about her stolen campaign yard-signs.
Charlette couldn’t say to Mary, I found the name for Stanley Ann Dunham at the same address as your husband, could she now?
Charlette would have had to say, I found the address for ANNA OBAMA AT THE SAME ADDRESS YOU USED TO LIVE AT WITH YOUR HUSBAND JOSEPH.
Mary replies, yes, I remember ANNA.
And the rest is history, but it’s all for too subtle for you, because it’s not printed word for word on a forgery.
