Someone posted a theory yesterday (I didn't read the entire article but skimmed it) that this was but a big Zero "planned" strategy whereby he would use this to get all the Conservatives questioning his eligibility based on his unwillingness to produce BC and then just before the elections, provide it, thereby assuring him a victory

Well, I don't buy that.

To be eligible, Obama must be a natural born citizen.
If he has a birth certificate from Hawaii, showing Barack Obama Sr as his father, he fails. He's not an NBC.
If he has a birth certificate from Hawaii, showing Frank Marshall Davis as his father, he fails. Sure, he'd be an NBC, but his whole backstory is a lie. Not good.

Having no birth certificate is a problem.
Having a birth certificate is also a problem.

Obama's only "good outcome" is to have an invisible birth certificate which no one can see. He has spent millions to achieve that, and he will not change this strategy.

Yeah, he probably has the best birth certificate anyone can forge by now. That doesn't mean that he had one when he ran, nor does it excuse Republicans and others ignoring the issue while complaining about other parts of the Constitution being ignored. After all, Barry has to figure that if he got away with never having to document a bit of his personal history in order to get elected, why should he think the wimps who let him slide will really fight over the other parts of the Constitution?

Certificate or not, it can be proved that he isn't qualified to be the President no matter what sort of paper he pulls out of some damp, dark, hole. It needs to be confronted or else people need to admit that the Constitution is just more toilet paper for the democrat fascist party to use the same way they use your hard earned money.

If Arizona gets its eligibility law passed through the Senate it won't matter. Obama would have to produce it prior to getting his name on the ballot, an October surprise would be too late.
