As for Texas having an issue with the EPA, that is what you get when a half-Marxist president creates an agency that he had to know would be co-opted by the watermelon gang.....meaning “green” on the outside, “red” on the inside.

You could go after the courts who have sided with the EPA and decided that they are within Constitutional bounds to go nationwide and do whatever they please.
