Janice Okubo has issued so many incorrect statements with regard to Obama’s vital records that her understanding of DoH procedures and laws is minimal at best. To say that she has any personal knowledge of how the grunts on the ground handle and process vital records is laughable. And even if she did have some knowledge of the processes, could we trust her? No.
Your citation of Okubo’s statements as FACT makes you look utterly ridiculous. Birthers parsed Okubo’s words to fit the birther narrative that Okubo never said Obama was born in Hawaii, until she did come out and say that and more. NOW you believe her? NOW she’s an authority?

Look dingbat. We have a Hawaiian official here who states unequivocally when and how file stamps and the document numbers are historically applied to Hawaiian birth certificates. On the other hand, you have a troll named EnderWiggins who claims some buddy of his talked to a clerk at the DoH that says otherwise. Even you can figure out who has the credibility problem here and it not Okubo.
The point is, we ONLY have what the officials in Hawaii tell us. They are held to some account for what they say as they are acting in official capacities and are responsible for their work.
HDOH has been inconsistent, and they are parsing their language to an impressive extent. It’s not accidental. It’s because they are getting conflicting information, conflicting guidance, and over everything else, they are covering something up. Every time some new angle comes along, they go scrambling in another direction. There is confusion in that department, and on an issue that OUGHT to be cut and dried. Apparently it isn’t.
Why?
Shy not just come out and say that what the cretin has posted matches records. Thats not revealing anything other than the President’s honesty.
Oh but never mind that.
The man is still a British born citizen and never was not ever could be a Natural Born Citizen. The fact that he traveled on an Indonesian Passport after reaching Adulthood is the final nail in the coffin.
For me this is just about proving that he took his Step-Dad’s name and gave up his US citizenship, which because of his passport use, he could never get back in it’s original NBC (if he had it at all, I don’t think he did, but SCOTUS has to decide that) status upon reversing the Adoption.

Yes, Okubo has made so many contradictory statements that we can’t trust anything she says. That’s been my point. That’s why we need an investigation.
Taking her at her word, she has now twice confirmed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.
Why won’t any of the people who so quickly jumped to the conclusion that she had confirmed the Factcheck COLB listen to her now? When the official keepers of the records are making official statements which reveal there’s been a forgery by the commander-in-chief that should get more than a snore in response.
I do believe that she is correct when she said that the state number is given at the state registrar’s office, though. I believe it because it matches the records I’ve seen. The range of certificate numbers from Kapiolani, for instance, is from 974 to 15,396. But Kaiser (Queens) also had a certificate number of 9,351.
I don’t have enough certificate numbers and dates to do a thorough analysis, obviously, but what I have shows a pattern of calendar chronology between all the hospitals together rather than blocks of numbers being set aside for particular hospitals.
If I can get access to more data it would be helpful. But what I have so far tends to confirm what Okubo said rather than what Ender Wiggins’ friend was able to learn from 2 1/2 hours at a closed DOH office.
