Yes, Okubo has made so many contradictory statements that we can’t trust anything she says. That’s been my point. That’s why we need an investigation.
Taking her at her word, she has now twice confirmed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.
Why won’t any of the people who so quickly jumped to the conclusion that she had confirmed the Factcheck COLB listen to her now? When the official keepers of the records are making official statements which reveal there’s been a forgery by the commander-in-chief that should get more than a snore in response.
I do believe that she is correct when she said that the state number is given at the state registrar’s office, though. I believe it because it matches the records I’ve seen. The range of certificate numbers from Kapiolani, for instance, is from 974 to 15,396. But Kaiser (Queens) also had a certificate number of 9,351.
I don’t have enough certificate numbers and dates to do a thorough analysis, obviously, but what I have shows a pattern of calendar chronology between all the hospitals together rather than blocks of numbers being set aside for particular hospitals.
If I can get access to more data it would be helpful. But what I have so far tends to confirm what Okubo said rather than what Ender Wiggins’ friend was able to learn from 2 1/2 hours at a closed DOH office.
