What do you actually KNOW about him that he hasn't told you?
no thats wrong.
born in country=citizen=natural born subject
Thats the UK system, any citizen can be Prime Minster. I should know I live here.
You cant say because Wong Kim Ark quotes UK common law in a cite that the US suddenly adopted UK common law.
There is no Common Law in the US.
There is the US constitution and statute law.
The US constitution says natural born citizen not natural born subject. You must look backwards for the definition, not forwards, unless the US supreme court defines Article II NBC *exactly and specifically*.
Its meaningless to quote a case about the hapless Kim Wong Ark, which is about making the man an exception to the chinese exclusion laws. It made him a citizen *not* a natural born citizen.
“There is no Common Law in the US.”
Yes there is. It is all over the place here, maybe less in Louisiana. Look up something called “reception statutes”
parsy, who just found out Reagan was an illegal president...
Plus, look at Wong and that Indiana case. Why is all that English stuff in there. Plus, you might want to research/google “Blackstone America influence”

What does it say about us that all of our Founding Fathers were of the political class, none more so than James Madison (virtually the Federalist Papers personified), and looked upon themselves as born to reign and others to obey? Perhaps it is heartening that somehow we managed to survive them.
Don’t recall it ????
paesy...
My father would have done all the paper work after my birth.
BC info and such.
My mother was basically telling me that no one asked at the hospital about putting the birth announcement in the paper or they would have given them the info.
And neither my father or mother took any action to contact the local papers to give the info.
So my mother was saying because she didn’t give nor was asked for the birth info, no announcement made it in the papers.
And if one was put in any of the papers anyway they (mom or dad - news junkies) would have noticed it and clipped it out.
Then you don’t hold the Founders in high regard.......?

It’s a sad state of affairs in the US of A when communist ideas run rampant without being checked for generations.

Their concern was not the desire to frame a form of limited government but one that would protect them from mobocracy. They so feared that the mob might not look up to them for the guidance they were certain they were the only ones qualified to give that they created a cockamamie, increasingly creaky electoral system to ensure that their political class would have the best chance at continued power.
Yes it is.
?????
parsy, who asks what part of ????? do you not get? WTF are you talking about????
Common sense says that if you didn’t write it, you’d say so.
Did that change when your sister was born? How did they do it when she was born, and how many years apart were your births?
Not wanting to snoop or anything... ;)
