Listen up you damn fraud.

IF tomorrow, suddenly thousands of people made the claim that Joe Biden was born in South Africa and therefore ineligible, or Pelosi was a KGB agent, or Clinton was a rapist - AND I was pretty darn sure that it wasn't true or at least very unlikely- would I:

a) spend hundreds of hours diving into the minutia searching out contradictory statements by the believers, arguing the same points over and over again consumed with proving them wrong and mocking them and hooking up with a bunch of liberal trolls to back me up on this forum all to protect the reputations of Biden/Pelosi/Clinton,

or,

b) spend hundreds of hours diving into the minutia searching out contradictory statements by the believers, arguing the same points over and over again consumed with proving them wrong and mocking them and hooking up with a bunch of liberal trolls to back me up on this forum all to protect the reputation of FreeRepublic eventhough the VAST majority at the site, including the owner, demand to see the missing evidence to fill in the gaping holes ....

or...

c) Tell these believers they are wasting their time, tell them to get a life and ignore them for the most part

or...

d) Tell them they are likely wasting time on unprovable or untrue issues, but wish them well in their quest for the truth.

If your answer is not c or d, then you are a chinslurping democrat troll. And your answer is not c or d.

“Now the ‘Kenya forgery’ looks a little more kosher, doesn’t it?”

The Lucas Smith CPGH BC has lots of fascinating features, many of which have been clearly substantiated after the fact by Smith and others, while other features have yet to be verified.

Many of the features seem to be improbable for a forger to have included, such as the partial fingerprint (probably left thumb) visible on the left side of the image. How often do forgers leave their fingerprints on their creations? FBI and Interpol would have fingerprints of domestic and international forgers.

The fingerprint is consistent with a print that could have been left during the potentially messy placement of the baby footprint. If not a print of a forger, it would be a print of a 1961 CPGH hospital employee charged with footprinting babies. That person could still be alive (I hope). Intelligence services may well know who that person is, if real.

I guess don’t see how a divorce record would impact her statement unless the missing page was used to amend a birth record...in which case it would become part of his vital records.

I'm just trying to guess what other class(es) of vital records she could be talking about. The divorce record is the only one I can think of that might have relevant information. Maybe she's just checking these other records for consistency. From the phrasing of her statement, she may not have meant to imply that any secondary vital record individually verifies the place of birth, just that all records in conjunction prove it. For sure, the statement is an admission the birth certificate alone is not sufficient to verify the place of birth. Regardless, we shouldn't have to guess what records she is citing when she has the discretionary authority and an official obligation to fully identify the documents that form the basis of her statement. Without that, we can't assume her statement has any conclusive legal value.

“I think they want to know what I know. But don’t want me to be able to post it to anybody else.”

I do believe they can pull information from your system before they crash it. They get the information. Your system is toast so you can't share it and are demoralized.

Like they say, you don't get antiaircraft flack if you aren't over the target.

Administrators and doctors there told WND sources that in 2004 a high-level team of Kenya’s National Security Intelligence Service came to the hospital and seized all files containing birth certificate documents from the years 1960 through 1963.

According to the administrators and doctors interviewed at the hospital, Kenya’s National Security Intelligence Service returned the seized files to the hospital four months later. Hospital officials were able to determine that records were missing or altered.

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=108773

That’s very interesting...the Kenyan document apparently left the hospital in 2004. Looks like it may eventually have ended up in the hands of someone who wasn’t a Raila Odinga supporter.

I like it...

Actually this one kinda reminds me of me:

d) Tell them they are likely wasting time on unprovable or untrue issues, but wish them well in their quest for the truth.

I would have to add a little mocking in there. And rather than just tell, I try to show them, which of course just p*sses the heck out of them. But, yeah, I’m comfortable with this one.

BUT LET’S LOOK AT YOUR CONDUCT:

You know this birther crap is crap as much as I do. But rather than get in there and try to save some of your fellow freepers from making *sses out of themselves, you either egg them on, or get out of their way like a Commissar would and use them as useful idiots to get the president you don’t like.

And lets look at two people who think they are making *sses out of themselves: Ann Coulter and Glen Beck. Got a big problem with either of them?

I don’t. I don’t think running around like mob with a bunch of garbage and crackpot evidence is a good thing. Have you noticed the number of other freepers who jump their butts, too. You know why. Cause the birthers are wrong and rather than sit around like a bump on a pickle, they say something.

And one last thing. I have made repeated requests to the birthers to clean house and get their evidence together in a rational fashion. If one of them actually did stumble across something good, you would never find it for the rest of the garbage they have piled up all around the place.

parsy, who responds

Your post makes my point. You want a law, but that would make anyone under that law a “statutory” citizen.

I do not want a law, but the law may, as 8 USC 1401 does in some respects, duplicate the effect of the natural law.(well it duplicates part of the 14th amendment)

Vattel was writing of Natural Law. The alternate title of "Law of Nations" was:

PRINCIPLES OF THE LAW OF NATURE APPLIED TO THE CONDUCT AND AFFAIRS OF NATIONS AND SOVEREIGNS

But because the founders knew what "Natural Born Citizen" meant, they probably thought that everyone always would. But I think that looking to Vattel for the founder's understanding is not at all unreasonable, although of course it would come in second or third behind the debates in Congress and the State ratifying conventions, the federalist papers and so forth. Problem is, there were no debates on the issue, and the Federalist papers do not define the term either. We know the founders read LoN, in both the original French, and the rather poor early English translations. In particular the 3 copies sent to Ben Franklin were apparently the original French, which he could of course read and speak. Since we believe they adopted the Vattel understanding of Natural Born citizen, it's only natural, excuse the term, that we also accept his quite common sense exception for the children of those who parents happened to be out of the country in its service at the time they were born. The parents never owed any allegiance to any sovereign but that of the their parents. True, if they were abroad long enough they might develop attachments to the host country, but the same is true of those born in the parents' country and then taken abroad for an extended period.

Your choice. You could try to see if I made a good point. You could ask yourself how one might confirm something without seeing it. Sometimes, you can arrive without traveling. Not hard.
