Nearly four minutes and no answer. GOTCHA!

Here’s you a link to Wong. You may have to read it more than once. Its kinda long and a lot of cites. Try to keep up with the argument because they move to new concepts without a whole lot of warning.

Part A. Wrong. Part B. Wrong. Said records have to have legal weight and veracability to prove birth. Nothing cited nor presented meets this standard. Part C. She cited unknown records with no determinant value. If they were presented in court, different story. Part D. Yet we don’t know if she’s talking about “state” vital records and none say ANYTHING about “natural-born American citizen.” IOW, she’s been caught in a lie.

My regular doctor has kinda p*ssed me off. The last time I was there, he kept making phone calls. I think it was the same person and his girl friend, cause I kept hearing him whisper “Tara Soft”, “Tara Soft”....and glancing back over his shoulder at me like he didn’t want me to hear. He was warning her about something. Who knows, maybe his wife is on to them.

Anyway, I ain’t paying nobody $200 an hour to talk to their girl friend.

That the application of English common law, the jus soli part, was NOT something completely outside the law of nations. If you go to the Cornell site, and don’t get the habeus by mistake, you can find the exact language.

Ok, Parsley, so now you're saying the answer is on "the Cornell site" and in "English common law, the jus soli part". Huh?! You didn't get enough sleep last night, did you? You're just jumping all over the place ...

I'll humor you.

... okay, "English common law" ONLY means Blackstone to After-Birthers ...

... and you want to apply Blackstone to Obama ...

Is this the part from Blackstone that you're babbling about?

“I’ll humor you.

WHERE IN THE WORLD DID YOU GET THIS CRAZY IDEA?

SERIOUSLY? Blackstone isn’t LAW.

Do you have any real idea what the LAW is and how it works? If you don’t,just come out and say so. You don’t have to fake it. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Just be upfront about it. Most people don’t know squat about the law. Be honest and ask.

The Old Testament is full of one king after the other - one generation after the other - that at least tried to be faithful to God but didn’t pass it on to their children. So the history of Israel is:
faithful generation ... faithless generation.... God’s punishment..... faithful generation..... faithless generation.....God’s punishment.

The thing that most frustrates me about the Cloward-Piven crap is that the people who are trying to raise their families are supporting this whole structure. We are the people earning wages and paying taxes to support the bloated government. We are the people fighting to keep America free.

And in all that, we are also trying to raise decent kids in a society and educational system that the commos are deliberately trying to use to break down the family and all other foundations of the Judeo-Christian society.

While the welfare class gets bigger and bigger, where women make their living off of having welfare babies.... we are doing all the work of the media and law enforcement while holding an ever-growing welfare class on our backs.

I am honestly torn about how best to be faithful in the place I’ve been planted. My sister is worried that the work I’m doing on this is distracting me from my Christian walk and my Christian nurture of the kids.

I know the greatest gift I can give my kids is the knowledge of their Savior. That is eternal. The communists and Islamists can never take that away even if they bankrupt us and cut our heads off. My kids have saving faith, and that is the most important thing in the world to me.

Freedom is a wonderful gift that was handed down to me and if there is any way I can preserve that for my kids while all of us still hold firmly to our Savior, I want to do that.

“Obama’s lawyers twice threatened media heads with FCC license revocation if they reported on the eligibility issue. I’m sure that’s a crime. Extortion? Doug Hagmann has affidavits testifying to the same. He’s waiting for the person who originally signed a statement about it to come forward, not wanting to jeopardize this guy’s career, family, or well-being. That is definitely something for law enforcement to investigate. Those lawyers, facing jail-time, might be willing to say why they were so worried about the eligibility issue and what role Obama himself played in that extortion.”

Write this statement down. Bookmark it or save it to your favorites.

Then in four to five years when no actual evidence of this has ever come forward, you'll have a better perspective to asses the claims from the Left as to how the GOP President (Lord willing...) in 2013 sealed all their records and was sending their lawyers out to threaten and shut down anyone who speaks out against them.

Sometimes the only way to learn these things is to wait them out and realize that human events do not happen this way.

I wasn’t in any way suggesting that you are neglecting your kids like Hezekiah obviously did in failing to instill faith in Manasseh. Rather, we all just need to remember that with privilege comes responsibility. We must take our time and our mission seriously — and you are doing that, in spades, for your country and for your children.

The SCOTUS has never ruled definitively on the definition of natural born citizen and the Constitution itself does not define it. That much is indisputable fact.

Whether or not Barack Obama Sr. had a permanent domicile in the U.S. is not immediately clear.

One could argue that he did since he attended college in Hawaii for an extended period of time, married an American citizen, and (supposedly) set up residence with her for the purpose of raising a child. He then went on to attend college on the mainland for some period of time.

(I declare my home in Texas as my permanent main residence for tax purposes. If I sell it and move to Seattle, the house in Texas was still my permanent residence for the period of time I lived there.)

On the other hand, one could argue that Obama Sr. did not have a permanent residence because he was attending college on scholarship with the full intention to return to Kenya to put his education to use. That he married an American citizen could be attributed to the fact that he knocked her up and felt pressured to marry her. It could be that his tribal marriage in Kenya negated his marriage to Dunham because some tribal marriages were recognized by GB.

How does a free country become a tyranny, El Sordo? How do you think it happens? Why don’t the people see that it is happening and do something about it to stop it?

I know you weren’t saying that about me. But my conscience says it to me a lot. I wish I could give my children so much more of my time.

You know, the talk about healthcare seems like everybody is trying to figure out how to get me and my kids to take care of our health. If everybody would just butt out and stop trying to turn this into a communist state I could play with my kids, we’d all be off the computers, and we’d be a lot healthier.

Whenever you’re got corrupt people, somebody who’s honest has to not only do the job correctly for them, but also has to take the time and trouble to try to undo the damage they’ve done. And that process is going on for the unholy alliance of corrupt government, media, and law enforcement. We’re all paying the price. Every freedom-loving person here feels that burden, I’d be willing to bet.

It’s sort of like living in Mordor.

Parsley,

You’ve had a hard-on for Wong Kim Ark the last 2 days almost as much as you’ve had one for Orly. Wong’s been your case law of choice.

About Natural Born Citizen, WONG KIM ARK v US plainly says, “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that.”

You don’t like Vattel. Now you don’t like Blackstone.

Why don’t you just post the reference that suits your agenda best?

I kinda already thought you had ... thus the EPIC FAIL.

Actually, the more I read Wong, the Wong court did everything but come right out and say it directly. The reason is, they were dealing with non-naturalized citizenship and not the presidential question.

But throughout the case they pretty much indicate its the same thing. Only two kinds of citizens, naturalized citizens and citizens. Throughout the case they cite English common law and its holdings that place of birth makes one a “natural born subject” and that a “natural born citizen” is the same thing.

I have noticed the domicile argument start to come up, but Wong makes its clear that is a non-starter. If the baby is born here, and the parents aren’t one of several exemptions, the baby is a citizen. Plus, a 2009 Indiana case, the Court used Wong (for some reason the Plaintiffs chose not to mention Wong....hmmmm....imagine that)and found Obama a natural born citizen via Wong.

Here’s the 2009 Indiana case:

http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/11120903.ebb.pdf

Pages 13-18.

If you need the language on the domicile stuff or Wong link, let me know.

Those of us who dispute birther claims do so because we see illogical conclusions and/or total delusion running rampant at FR.

Some of us challenge birther claims because we believe the incorrect information damages the credibility of FR as a whole. Some of us challenge birther claims because it’s entertaining to watch the birthers freak out. Some of us challenge birther claims because we just like to argue. Some of us challenge birther claims because we want them to see the ridiculous nature of their narrative.

But none of us challenge birther claims because we’re afraid. To think that we’re afraid of the birther narrative is arrogant, narcissistic, or delusional.

If one is going to argue that Obama isn’t an NBC, then Wong is the starting place. Period. That’s not because I picked Wong, but because thats where and when SCOTUS first made that ruling. That if you are born in the USA, and the exceptions don’t apply, then you are a citizen. Period. Real Simple.

And again, you are showing complete ignorance of the law. WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA I DON’T LIKE BLACKSTONE? I have a new $200 plus leather bound set. I have 150 year old American set, but not matched. 1850s Something I think. And somewhere, a 2 volume softcover new edition in modern english.

So where do you get that idea?

What do you know about the law? If it is very little, which it appears to be, for God’s sake, just say so. It will make learning a whole bunch easier.

I expect Obama to be challenged one year from now by primary contenders from the left and right and they both may suddenly become interested (overtly or covertly) in whether Obama fraudulently hid evidence of ineligibility in his original (pre-amendment) HI vital records.

That is a likely scenario. After all, the Phillip Berg, a Hillary supporter, was the first in line to attack Obama's eligibility.

WND hired a pollster and found that nearly half the nation ( that includes a significant number of Democrats) have serious doubts about Obama's natural born status. There is NO possible way that this is going away. Half the nation can't all be fruits and nutz.

“To think that we’re afraid of the birther narrative is arrogant, narcissistic, or delusional.”

AMEN! I, for one, would LOVE TO SEE A BIRTHER NARRATIVE. It would be real kewl if the birthers put their thoughts down in a logical, narrative format. It would save us from having to untangle their ungodly mess.

Something else I would like to see is some Birther honesty. If you don’t know anything about law, don’t pretend you do and pull cites from here and there and splat them out. Start your comment out with “I don’t know much about the law, BUT.....”

Then the person you are arguing with can adapt his answer to your level of knowledge. You, the birther will learn more, faster, and we the non-Birthers, won’t want to come thru the computer screen and Jap-slap you around when you say the same dumb thing about Wong for the 27th time. We’ll give you a link to the case and try to explain the nuances to you.

parsy, who tried to get thru his screen this morning after a couple of birthers didn’t have the good graces to even go read Wong, before they tried arguing the case.
