Rudy reminded me of a Clay Aiken singalike. He's not quite as good but he came acrodd to me with Clay's clear tones.
Chris Sligh has a great voice. Can a fat white guy win? I don't know.
Spike hair made it through - I am not sure why.

What is funny is that no one would ever call my husband "chubby". He's always trying to put on weight.

I think that's exactly what's going on. In the last couple of seasons, some contestants that did not get a lot of airtime in the early auditions and Hollywood round griped because they thought they had a handicap the contestants who did get early airtime did not have. They could remedy that easy enough. First of all, the public gets no say during the audition process nor Hollywood week, so as long as they show us a little bit of the top 40 (isn't that what we have left now), and then show us more of the top 24, they would have a pretty level playing field.
