SM is okay. I think the site admin are upstanding folks. One of them, Red, went to Aruba and helped search the landfill for a couple of weeks. They do their best to keep the site clean. Like any site, there are good, bad, and inbetween posters. I registered there to learn from their research, but have never posted there.

CCroes knew something insidious that first night, beyond any basic story.

Three boys couldn't have made her disappear without help, but we can assume papa and police chief helped clean up if going down a KISS route. However, to have no trace, no break with teenagers is highly unusual. I do think Joran is a sick individual and capable of vicious attacks.

I think, most likely, she is dead. I think, most likely, the boys were involved with some games, maybe a ring. I'm still leaning towards a bad reaction to drugs because of her asthma.

However, CC and this post is fascinating, as are the stories of the family going that first night with money to talk to the police snitch, that she was being passed around by someone. Beth keeps saying what we don't know...Jug is so angry, and Dave has the wind knocked out of him.

When the story broke about the dvd, the ages of those involved (not just the victims) told me this was a world I did not know, was not familiar.

I agree they can't find blonde blue eyed girls in Thailand but I still think that a blonde blue eyed American girl in Aruba with her high school class would just be too HOT to handle. And as you say it brought them Hurricane Beth. No girl like Natalee would just be forgotten and the matter dropped. IF they were good at this, they wouldn't have picked ANY of this class imo

I promise I'm not arguing with you :) I do think you are thinking like a rational North American adult. I can't even begin to put myself into those dolt's brains, but logic wasn't at the basis of their thought process. Self centered debauchery was. I think that tends to skew one's thinking.

Yes your are right about it not being "one happy island"!! I honestly believe these young guys do have a little "gang" of their own. Joran got into trouble because Natalee died and he KNEW he could count on papa to help get "RID" of the evidence. Do you recall in the very beginning that Deepak said that PVDS called a "gathering" at the VDS home and they cooked up the story there and as well he gave them some "general legal advisee"!! general legal advise my A$$!! WHY would anybody have to state "no body, no case" IF there was no body to deal with? It's self evident to me. It's Paul VDS and his kid that are being covered up for. However, the going is getting too hot now and for the sake of Aruba "somebody" is gonna have to be sacrificed. It just happen think it may be the VDS's . The Kalpoe's have always be dispensable but if there are now DVD's with them all on it - they are cooked or should be. I think papa vds probably has a pantload of bricks by now!! I remember the prosecutor accusing him of interfering with the case right in the very beginning.

You know your pushing buttons when the the President (?) Nel Oduber is suing Jossy because he stated that he was corrupt. If it's not true then the guy has nothing to worry about. Why wouldn't this guy just Ignore the comments?

I have no idea who the good guys are in Aruba. I'm leaning towards the theory that they are all dirty. Even the innocent, when it comes to this case, can't come forward without the threat of blackmail over their own records.

I hear you, I do. I registered over there a couple of weeks ago, after seeing so many references to the site. However, I don't get involved with anything, just read, as there is too much agenda going on.

There are people claiming to be from Aruba, yet somehow don't know certain things that it would seem should be obvious. These same people claim PVDS had no special influence etc.

Then there are the people from MB, who are talking about the flight that night (I believe this might be what you are referencing, the flight with money and the snitch maybe?)

A lot of agendas overall, not all bad, but I am wary of that group. This particular post though was from the Riehl site

I just keep thinking about Beth and Dave...how are they surviving? I cannot imagine, and there have to be answers, Natalee must be found.

I agree Rusty. Beth, Jug and Dave want an answer PERIOD. They have even said they just want their daughter and Aruba can do with these guys what they want. They want to take their daughter home. It's unbelieveable that they wouldn't just give the girl or what's left of her up and let these people go. They know that these folks from Aruba will face Judgement one day. They are not home free. But unless Beth get's her answers, she's gonna be in their faces until they can't stand it!!

I must say now, I don't know why anybody would ever go to Aruba for a vacation now knowing what the place is all about. It's amazing to me that Americans are still booking vacations there????? It's off my list PERMANENTLY!!

I think he did too. But something Croes said in the Greta interview has stuck in my mind, he described Joran as a scared young guy that night when they all went to his house.

VAN SUSTEREN: Is there anything that he told you or he said that would suggest that he had any sort of inkling that she was missing and there was some foul play?

CROES: No. What he said to me — he repeated to me over and over again was his desire to help find her, that if there's anything he could do to help find her, he would, just please ask him, that kind of thing. It was a very — at that point, it was a scared young guy who seemed to be wanting to help. LINK

If we agree that Croes knew more, including his warning, "There are issues in this case that can go beyond the obvious in their implications," then it seems we need to at least consider looking at Joran and his role differently. (I don't mean as an innocent but maybe as a pawn of someone else.)
