Was it me? I was talking about mercenaries several times. It doesn't matter anyway. I guess we'll just have to see what happens in the next few days. If mercenaries are ever used it will be a bit down the road or maybe never. I just don't know HOW this will be resolved. It may take God but Beth has Him on her side that's for sure.

DEVELOPING: Beth Twitty to File Papers In Aruba?

November 2nd, 2005

There is a very strong rumor that has recently come to our attention that Beth Holloway Twitty is going to file papers in Aruba to have all investigators and prosecutors removed from the case.

Her request is supposed to appeal to the government to appoint new investigators and prosecutors to take over.

We do not know the reason why, but when papers are filed, we will get the news to you.

Yes, I finally found your post that got attributed to me. Earlier I kept looking for what I had said that was being talked about, couldn't remember anything, couldn't find anything, missed yours while scanning, and then later on, caught it. Maybe we're starting to sound alike! I know we're on the same wave length, so I will take it as a serious compliment that someone mixed us up.

"About the question if Beth Twitty planned her trip to coincide with ATCA, where there will be a large quantity of American tour operators, neither Mr. Pesquera nor Ms. Myrna Jansen would comment. However, in any case, ATCA is reserve for official participants who are registered, therefore it would not be permitted that the lady enters into the conference room."

Isn't it amazing how everything is about them? Why would Beth even know or care that a bunch of tour operators are having some convention there? Arubans are so paranoid about her being present and so worried that she might crash the convention to make a scene and trash them. Apparently they don't watch her or they would know that is highly unlikely and not exactly her style. The projection they show has to be what they would do if they were in her shoes. Somewhere deep down inside I believe that they know that's what they deserve for their thoughts and treatment of this mother who has lost her child and can't even give her a decent burial in a grave she can visit.

Rita Cosby asks DomPIG if he thinks the 3 (Urine & K-2s) are guilty, and he answers, yes as guilty as hell.

But, then he goes on to evade every issue that Rita brings up from the letter, and continues to insist that the answer lies with Beth, MB students and what kind of person Natalee is or was. He waffles like crazy.

This letter cannot be ignored by Aruban and Dutch government.

MY GOD!!!! How has this family tolerated this utter bullshit this long?????? It's time for the State Department to ask the Dutch Ambassador to get involved. That said, I do not even trust the Dutch Ambassador. This case could have and should have been solved in ONE week.

I have hopes that this letter that the 4 parents sent to Theresa Croes Fernandez-Pedra, Attorney General of Aruba, will be the 'shot heard around the world' for Natalee's case.

No, mercenary sounds about right to me because I really believe that barring some miracle out of left field, that is probably the only path left open to NH's family. I think her family is a lot nicer than I am and has tons more patience, but I really think sooner or later they will probably have to accept that as the only thing left to them. They may decide it's wrong and refuse to handle things that way. It's also possible that someone seeing their plight will handle it that way for them without asking for approval.

Greta is going to talk to Beth about "the letter" shortly. Going to get off so I can watch the tube in bedroom where it's quiet (maybe.)
