Surinamese Deepak Kalpoe, 21, arrives to court in Oranjestad, Aruba, Friday, Aug. 26, 2005. Aruban police arrested Kalpoe and his brother Satish, 18, along with a third person according to government spokesman Ruben Trapenberg, saying he doesn't know if the arrests are connected to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Surinamese Satish Kalpoe, 18, front, gets in a car to go to court in Oranjestad, Aruba, Friday, Aug. 26, 2005. Two Surinamese brothers, Satish and Deepak Kalpoe, who had been detained and released in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway were arrested again Friday based on new evidence, officials said. The brothers were detained on suspicion of involvement, with unidentified 'other people,' in premeditated murder and rape, the prosecutor's office said. Person to the right is unidentified. Yeah, duct tape is a wonderful thing. Just used some this week to get cactus stickers out of a little girl's hand. When I told her we were going to use duct tape to get those stickers out, she looked at me like I was nuts. Now she thinks I work miracles.
You can right click the picture, save it to your computer (desktop is handy) then open it in your Microsoft Paint or Paintbrush program, then make it larger by clicking View, Zoom, Large Size or Custom.
Also, by right clicking the picture, then Properties (at the bottom of the menu) you will see the url where the picture is stored on the internet.
Kalpoe wants some peace and quiet at this moment.

Nope! No peace for you, Deepak!
Thanks, Shebacal, for the instructions.
I was able to see the truck and that is the picture I had seen before. The company name on the truck looks like DANA to me.

ORANJESTAD (AAN): Diasabra anochi Polis a bay riba Lloyd G. Smith Boulevard, como cu informe a drenta cu auto a bolter. Esaki a socede net den area di WEMA Boulevard, y aki autoridad a bin haya un vehiculo Suzuki blanco cu number A-3563 cu su wielnan den halto. Polis a start cu e investigacion rond di e accidente aki.
I don't have the translation. I think this refers to a speeder. Safe on Aruba, huh?
Then there is this picture, where Aruba is trying to educate it's drivers about the use of the red-tipped white cane by the blind and vision impaired.

Aruba the not so safe island.
The company would probably turn out to be owned by Anita's brother or van Straten's brother-in-law. At any rate, all records of any sale or delivery for the PVDS' would be blown out an open window in high winds, destroyed in a burglery, lost in a fire, misfiled, eaten by the owner in a panic, used when TT ran out, or some such. Certainly the police would not have checked it out.
Too bad this white Suzuki wasn't the grey K-2 car.

This cartoon from Diario Online is about the increase in the price of bread.

Just one more picture from the Bumper-Cars island.
I remember reading about this Aruba bread thing recently.
Strangely, Aruba taxes white bread, but not wheat bread.
Arubans are upset because the government wants to raise taxes on white bread.

I would bet on purchase records being destoryed by Paulus as he sweated all over them and the ink ran.
That seems weird to me, too. I went to wheat bread only many years ago. I think eating a slice of white bread would be like eating nothing, compared to eating wheat bread.
That was chilling to read. Yet so accurate.
Who is Jacobs that is mentioned? That name is not ringing a bell for me.
Didn't see this posted yet.
On 10-21 BETH told MSNBC that ARUBAN authorities have received the SKEETERS video tapes of Current Suspect D. KALPOEs documented statements/confessions.
Here's a possible candidate:
Toplessness and Nudity
From Mr. Francis Jacobs, the PR Coordinator of the Aruba Tourism Authority,
"I would like to explain a little bit about your concern. Topless in Aruba is not illegal, there is no law against it, but it's not permitted on public beaches. We have two private beaches where they accept to do so, which are The Sonesta Island and De Palm Island. Manchebo Beach Resort deals a lot with European and they have a separated area where European go Topless, but they are not allowed to walk on the beach topless. Thank you so much for your interest on the island Aruba, and hope to see you soon."
Thanks, Shebacal. That makes sense. He's the guy in charge of protecting Aruba's tourism. He would have good reason to want to cover up crime in Aruba.
