On 10-1 (Tito) LACLE (from NEW YORK CITY) reported to “FoxNews” that Primary Suspect J. SLOOT’s parents were upset over the recent “A Current Affair” interview because they don’t want any of them to make any public appearances.

LACLE reported that Primary Suspect J. SLOOT now feels he should not have done the interview. LACLE reported the lawyers were surprised he gave the interview but are not worried about what he said.

LACLE reported that the investigation is “far from over,” and that searches are still going on, and "they are getting leads every single day. They are working on a new one, coming up. It has to do with the weather. They‘re waiting for the weather to somehow clear up-that being tides, or water tides, or the winds."

“They are confident this case will have closure, anytime, soon.” LACLE agrees that the media “did not get in the way,” and the media attention has helped the case. “The media was not a pressure, they tell me. We think that it helped speed things up a little bit, but the fact that the media is gone does not mean that this thing is over, by a long shot.”

LACLE’s opinion is that BETH should stop bad mouthing ARUBA (even though she hasn’t) because it’s hurting the case and hurting ARUBA.

LACLE reported that ANITA has left ARUBA to go to HOLLAND, but Current Suspect P. SLOOT’s whereabouts are not confirmed. Current Suspect D. KALPOE is back working at the “Cyberzone Internet Café,” and Current Suspect S. KALPOE is back in school, repeating the 12th grade.

On 10-5 BETH told “FoxNews” that when the ARUBA/DUTCH case evidentiary information, audio tapes, video tapes, interrogation transcripts, court hearing transcripts, physical evidence tests results, etc. is finally made public and available to NATALEE’s Loved Ones, she is not 100% confident that all this case evidentiary information will, ever, all, be provided by the ARUBAN and DUTCH authorities.

CROES, Edward “Rudy”; …. ARUBAN Minister of Justice. Reportedly admits to being Best friends with Current Suspect P. SLOOT van der SLOOT; and had taught Primary Suspect J. SLOOT; and was godfather to one of the SLOOT children.

Late on 6-10 “FoxNews,” “AP,” and "CNN" reported that DOMPIG and EDWARD "RUDY" CROES stated that one of the arrested suspects had confessed, and police were being taken to a crime scene. DOMPIG also stated that one of the persons in custody had stated “that something bad happened to NATALEE.”

Shortly after that statement became public, a press conference was held in which one senior government official made no reference to the Assistant Commissioner's statement, choosing rather, to say that the authorities were at a critical juncture in the investigations. (the reports of a confession and police being led to the body were retracted by ARUBAN officials the same day)

Twice during the afternoon on 6-11, Justice Minister RUDY CROES told “FoxNews” reporters that one of the students arrested was in fact talking, and the discovery of NATALEE's body would come soon.

By 10 p.m. on 6-11, RUDY CROES denied, to the same reporter he told the story to earlier, that he ever confirmed the confession of one of the suspects, and said that he was the victim of a "misinformation campaign." CROES and other ARUBAN officials told reporters the investigation was at a "critical stage" and they expected a break 6-12.

No Frou, I'm from the Southern interior - Kelowna. It's called the Central Okanagan Valley. And actually the Canadians that say oot and aboot are mostly from the East or Central Canada like Ontario. I don't speak like that at all. LOL I actually laugh when I hear them. One thing that Western Canadians and the rest do do tho is say eh? I don't. I guess I'm so Americanized. I don't watch Canadian TV, I have American cousins, and friends, I'm a misfit LOL!! But I will say that the area I live in is very Conservative and very friendly. No Lieberals here much.

On the 10th of June, JORAN stated WE buried the girl.

June 11th 2005 - Saturday - the first report of Natalee's body being found,
then the statement was retracted.

Who says a body was found, unless there was a body. IMO her body was found, then with the help of Papa and his dear friend, the police chief, they disposed of the body, again.

Lucy I do remember there being a report early on about a body and I too believe that the retraction was a COVER UP. There is NO doubt in my mind that Paulus Van der Sloot was involved in disposing of Natalee. He should be charged with accessory to Murder and Obstruction of Justice , Oh just shoot him and all three of the other perps.

Aruba Press Release: Complaints in a Timely Matter

Statement From Aruba Prosecutor's Office:

"If a concerned party in a criminal case, for example somebody who has filed a complaint with the police, is of the opinion that the investigation is not being done or not being done in a reasonable amount of time, this person can file a complaint with the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba."

Statement From Aruba Prosecutor's Office:

"The Public Prosecutor's Office does not have to justify its actions with regards to the persecution (prosecution?) of criminal acts to the Minister of Justice or the Government of Aruba."

Here's a thought, what if Natalee was supposed to be sold to the Saudi Prince Guy, but died before she could be delivered to him.

I don't think the trio planned to murder her when they drove away from C&C's.

10-7-05: MSNBC - Rita Cosby Live and Direct

Rita said there has been a surprise announcement from the Aruba Prosecutor's office. There was a statement that the Natalee Holloway investigation was still open and ongoing; that they were searching for new leads, and reviving and investigating the leads from the beginning.

Rita talked to Dave Holloway. Dave said he received an e-mail from the Aruban authorities that there was concern for a boycott from the US. Dave said he doesn't support it.

Rita briefly mentioned hearing that Joe Mammana was thinking of suing the island of Aruba.

Dave said he has confidence in some of the investigators on the case now. He said he is going back to Aruba.

Investigation in Natalee Holloway case still ongoing

Oranjestad - The investigation into the disappearance of the American tourist Natalee Holloway is still ongoing. The investigation continues and the team is searching for new leads that may help solve this case. At the same time, the investigation that has been done until now is being revised and evaluated.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office is of the opinion that it’s important to bring the following forward with regards to how criminal investigations are conducted on the island of Aruba. The Public Prosecutor’s Office is an institute that has been established by law and the office forms part of the administration of justice and the judicial power on Aruba.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office has specific tasks that are laid down in the laws of the island. One of the most important tasks, which is carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office as a part of the judicial power on Aruba, is the prosecution of criminal acts.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office carries out this task by leading the criminal investigation that is done by the police. After the investigation is finished, the Public Prosecutor’s Office decides if a case will be brought before a judge through a citation.

In the prosecution of criminal acts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office operates completely independent from the Minister of Justice and the Government of Aruba. The Public Prosecutor’s Office does not have to justify its actions with regards to the prosecution of criminal acts to the Minister of Justice or the Government of Aruba.

All the accounting that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has to do, will be done before the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. Only the Common Court of Justice judges if the Public Prosecutor’s Office has done its work, the persecution of criminal acts, correctly.

If that’s not the case, the Common Court of Justice can give the Public Prosecutor’s Office the necessary instructions. The Minister of Justice and the Government of Aruba do not have a say in this process. They cannot give instructions to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to prosecute somebody or to start a criminal investigation.

I sure hope so, because I think a big drop in tourist dollars is the only thing that will force the Aruban authorities to squeeze the Van Der Sloots and Kalpoes until they finally speak the truth about what they did with Natalee.

I wish Dave would not try to run interference here. His approach is the WRONG one. He's a nice man and a determined father but he seems to not comprehend the kind of people he is dealing with. I feel like he is a puppet on THEIR string. It's sad and unfortunate.

I don't think this trio cared WHAT happened to Natalee when they left C&C's. I believe she was DEFINITELY drugged. Something went wrong that's clear. But to this day, these guys don't care that Natalee is dead. It's obvious. Somehow they KNOW they are safe from Prosecution.

Sure, file a complaint with the Dutch - that will get you a long way in THIS case since the biggest perps and those who orchestrated the COMPLETE COVERUP are DUTCH!! All these dives they are doing NOW are such a slap in the face. They are 4 months too late. In fact, I believe they knew in June WHERE Natalee's body was and they made sure the area it was in was off limits to be searched.
