Paul(uncle) We are very excited, this is something we have been working towards for a couple of weeks.

Jossy: Working a lot of sources for his reporting. He is confident there will be a resolution. Prosecution knows they stand a better chance on the sexual assault charge. Legal system in Aruba makes it hard on the press in Aruba, they have to go dig instead of waiting for press releases.

Vinda (family attorney) Freddie Z A is freed of Joiran and Kalpoe;s, but prosection is not releasing info about his incarceration.

Harris: Current A has learned he (Freddie) is a friend of J and K2 only known as Freddie Without plea bargain in Aruba, makes it hard to figure out what is going on. Polis sources are telling her they have a better chance of success with the sexual assault charges and that is where they will concentrate their interrogation. They will hold off till 11 pm to give jail a chance to soak in.

Cardoza: If a plea bargain, talk to K2 about the new charges,’ we will prosecute, to full extent, give up what you know” Other women have really turned up the heat. One of the K2 may now crack. Doesn’t think there is any new evidence going to the murder.. Thought prosecutions statement was ‘artfully written’ to avoid saying that.

Paul : Confident closer to resolution.

Phone call: Why can’t they search VDS property more thouroughly?

Harris: It has been searched throuroughly, even with FBI dogs. Paul? K2 may be more involved than Joran ? wouldn’t be surprised to see more witnesses that know Joran and K2 brought in, according to police sources.

Cardoza: If new witnesses say K2 and Joran used date rape drugs, will shed light but not prove this happened to NH -- they need a confession, they need to get one of the kids to turn. If they were here in the US, all four would be on the street today.

Caller: Locals seem to be supportive of K2.

Jossy: They are not supported but locals are bothered by bad press about Aruba.

Vinda: They are upset about negative image of Aruba, but are not supportive of K2, just a few. Agrees with Jossy

Paul: Beth has been there a long time. I have made two trips. Very welcomed and supported by the people of Aruba who have been wonderful. They want this solved too. There have been problems but they have turned around
Fresno, CA caller: We heard there was an admission of sexual assault by the boys. When were those statements made?

Vinda: They were made early on. Beth said that the first night – Joran admitted certain sexual consensual acts.

Cardoza: On small islands there ae men who prey on )tourist girls?) because the govt will not bring them back to prosecute, so perhaps there are others out there.

Jossy: Agrees, 16 year old girl has made statement to child advocate, said this happened with Joran. Two other 18 year olds will not come forward. Dairio has three other girls who made “drugs and rape” statements to the polis.

Harris: Current Affain pulled info from TICKLE!!!!! Three guys described themselves as having healthy sex lives (JOran, particularly) Thinks it is relevant to look at lifestyle, says tick is explicit, AND THE WAY Current Affair GOT IN TOUCH WITH JORAN THE FIRST TIME WAS FROM HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER ON TICKLE.

Caller: Internet savy boys, confiscated the computers?

Paul: Didn’t think they searched the VDS home for computers, just Joran’s, not sure about K2.

Jossy: They confiscated the computers and cameras and everything.

Caller form Alabama: Any info on the arm being found?

Harris: VZ, arm and hand on beach. Debunked, nothing to do with this case. ALE didn’t concentrate on it because they heard early on it had nothing to do with the case.

Steve: You become calloused with all the rumors/info flying around.

Paul: We appreciate each and every lead, you never know what will be a good lead.

Caller: Since k2 re-arrested, will they go through same sequence of time periods?

Vinda: Back to Cardoza about choice of wording to re-arrest K2, it is legally imbedded that they need new facts and circumstances to rearrest. If new info pertains to NH case, then they would continue the time they already have in jail. If new info pertains to new charges, the time sequence would start all over again. They don’t have to find a body, but would be helpful to the casae for DNA, there is recent case law itn the Netherlands where a person was convinced without a body.

Larry King: Do you think we are going to get a resolution?

Jossy: Yes sir definitely. I think the police and prosectuors have gone back to square one. They see that they stand a much better chance in court going for the lesser crime of rape, not murder.

Vinda -They did search the VDS home very thoroughly, including with the FBI dogs. DNA evidence was collected there for analysis.

Paul: Thinks all three boys are involved.

Jossy: I think all three are equally involved. As far as further developments in the case, that PVDS is involved as well.

Harris: Police knew all along they needed to come up with more evidence to keep Joran. He has been their main focus. I wouldn't be surprised by what police sources have told Current Affair to see more witnesses being brought in that might have a relationship with Joran or Kalpoes. They are moving forward with much more confidence than before. I would look for some positive movement in this case.

Caller: We have been hearing their was an admission of sexual assault, when were those made?

Vinda - They were made early on, in the beginning. Actually, if you remember, Beth said that on the night they arrived on the island that Joran admitted to certain sexual acts with Natalee.

King: He said it was agreed to acts, right?

Vinda: Yes, that is correct.

Freddie was questioned early on with an alibi to protect Joran, then release, now arrested as a suspect for selling photos.These four guys are party-boy friends who prey on young girls. They call theselves “The Pimps” They are probably trying to squeeze Freddie. Know for certain they are closely-kniw, the party together, photo’s together, everywhere! No knowledge that he was selling photos of Natalee, but certainly a possibility.

Clint VZ: This case gives a unique look into Criminal Investigation in another country – they can arrest differently than US. Not charged, no right to counsel, authorities can start to play him, to use him. K2 have bonded, Joran is on his own -- Freddie has info on all of them. Once one starts falling….

Pam: Think Freddie is the one sweating right now.

Candice: Joran is not going to break. Freddie is most likely to break. Disturbed by the phrase “The Pimps”

Pam: Maybe they are saying “the first one to talk is going to get some deal”. Have they been getting away with this with other tourist girls?

Candice: Don’t know if there is enough to prosecute based on his list of evidence, but there may be more that we are not aware of, like email or taped phone calls or witness testimony.

Stacie: Forenseics are always important, especially in sex cases, but you can have rape cases without. It is not un-prosecutable, witnesses might matter a lot.

Do you know how long the brothers have been living in Aruba with momma? I thought I'd heard they mostly have lived with a grandmother in Surinam (sp?). I've wondered what the story is there. I'm wondering if these guys have a criminal past on the other island. Why the shuffling around?

Joran has himself walking home, Kalpoe has himself going and picking him up and driving him home

When Freddy was arrested, it was lawyer Mohamed who was on duty to represent him, but since Mohamed is also a lawyer of Beth, he couldn't defend Freddy, according to Diario.

I doubt it re: the underwear that was found early on. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard/read that the underwear the found was a large size and nothing like what Natalee would wear.

Yes, Vn_survivor_67-68, either they have DNA evidence or (as some are speculating) they have photograph/video evidence. Freddie's side business was selling dirty pictures, so he may have done them all in.

Van Der Straaten, polis commissioner, is a family friend, brother and sister lawyers with the brother representing Satish and the sister representing Beth, former prison official is friends with PVDS. This island's name should be changed to 'Nepotism Island'.

You're not missing anything as far as I can tell . . . We still have some holes in the timeline and the actual involvement of everyone is still pretty much unknown.

Joran may have called Deepak out at 3:00 for whatever reason (bury the body?), but his dad may have been there too? We don't know the specifics yet, but it does look like they all had a great big rendezvous between 3:00 and 4:00 . . .

IMO, everything about the kalpoe connections in this case deserves the microscope......I saw video on the tube yesterday of momma K walking with a copper escorting her with a grip on her elbow......she SAYS the boyz were home....but we KNOW she was home.....she looks like a liar to me, frankly
