I don't have any false hope of Joran "being available" to the authorities in the future. This may have even been part of the deal, they were "allowed" their freedom, in exchange for the location of Natalee.

Secret, behind closed doors deals. Some justice system. I'm thinking suitcase full of money, carried thru Holland airport with no inspection, of course, for exalted personage, then on to Switzerland secret bank account.

Gasp. Joran can LEAVE the country????? I am sick over this.

My heart breaks for Beth.

She even in her statement is letting on more than she ever did. She knows they sexually assaulted her daughter as she lay unconscious. Horrible.

TexKat, your pinging and leadership on this thread have been tremendous. I so wish things could have gone a different way. Thanks for everything and I hope somehow that we all get pinged for some good news one day that Natalee is found and that she carries evidence that can put her killer(s) away.

Joran must remain 'on Dutch soil' which allows him to stay in Aruba if he wishes or to go to Holland too. It does not allow him to go to the United States and enroll in a university there as he had originally intended to do.

Yes, he's off to Holland to go to school -- no more Florida for him at least.

Any word on when Beth will divulge all the stuff she knows about but has not been able to talk about? She said if and when the boys were released she would have lots of stuff to say. I'm wondering what exactly they had in evidence and what she was able to find out that she had to be quiet about.

Sorry I haven't learned to do links

This is about "Amanda" the 26 year old pregnant Mom missing since the middle of August from the grounds of Hillsboro Civic Center in Missouri.

No word and the baby is past due now. This is our legal system and the father of the baby to be, had lunch plans with her ... to meet and talk and go to lunch. She has not been seen since. She has a four year old daughter from a previous marriage who she left with her Mom and Dad, when after church, she left to go meet the man that wanted nothing to do with the baby.

Prayers needed.

Holloway’s mother leaves Aruba

With release of suspects, she says she has ‘exhausted all my avenues’

ORANJESTAD, Aruba - The mother of an Alabama teenager who went missing in Aruba said Sunday she is leaving Dutch Caribbean island after having “exhausted all my avenues” there following the release of all three suspects in the disappearance.

Beth Holloway Twitty arrived in Aruba hours after her daughter, Natalee, vanished May 30 and has been an almost permanent fixture since, focusing intense U.S. media attention on the case through frequent television appearances and interviews and pressuring local authorities to act.

“I will never allow my daughter’s voice to be silenced, but I have exhausted all my avenues in Aruba,” Holloway Twitty told The Associated Press before leaving on a flight home to Mountain Brook, Ala.

Holloway Twitty said she will visit “frequently” and promised to fight for justice from her home in the United States.

Her planned departure came a day after all three suspects in Holloway’s disappearance were released from jail, dealing a serious setback to the prosecution and the biggest blow yet to the teen’s family.

Joran van der Sloot, an 18-year-old Dutchman, and two Surinamese brothers, Satish Kalpoe, 18, and Deepak Kalpoe, 21, were released on condition they remain available to police for questioning.

Holloway’s family has insisted that the young men know what happened to the 18-year-old Alabama honors student, who vanished on the last day of a vacation to celebrate her high school graduation.

Holloway was last seen leaving a bar with van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers. Her family has often been critical of Aruban authorities’ handling of the case, especially for taking 10 days to arrest the three young men and two weeks to search van der Sloot’s home.

‘Taking it easy, day by day’

Van der Sloot and the brothers were arrested June 9 on suspicion of involvement in Holloway’s disappearance. All three have denied any connection to the disappearance.

As a Dutch citizen, van der Sloot can leave Aruba but must remain in Dutch territory as a condition of his release. The Surinamese brothers have different visa requirements and must stay in Aruba.

Van der Sloot will soon be going to college in Holland, according to his lawyer, but his mother said Sunday he would not leave immediately.

“We’re looking at the options. We’re taking it easy, day by day,” Anita van der Sloot said in a telephone interview.

Police insist the investigation into Holloway’s widely publicized disappearance will continue, but legal observers in Aruba say the releases indicate the government has no case.

Police and thousands of volunteers have scoured Aruba without finding a sign of Holloway, often chasing apparently false leads.

Beth fought the good fight, along with Dave and Jug and all the family.

They were unfortunately up against a "justice" system that had no intention of ever seeing that justice was done for Natalee.

Someday those creeps who killed Natalee will have to face punishment, whether they believe it or not at this time.

All who helped them escape from facing up to their crimes are beneath contempt.

Thanks, TK, for all you did in keeping us informed, and to all others who have kept the information flowing.

Time has apparently run out -- at least it seems that way now.

Honestly, I feel like ANY American OR Canadian OR Brit, should, on moral grounds, REFUSE to EVER visit Aruba or any IMMORAL DUTCH RUN ISLAND. Their "NON Justice" system is explained by the most absurd CLAPTRAP I have ever heard. May GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF reveal the truth supernaturally!!

I'm with you Fritzy!! Just as Beth has stated that she will NEVER give up, NEITHER SHOULD WE!! We need to soon start peppering the media with demands to AGAIN cover this case. I can only take so much of the Hurricane pictures. Soon they all look the same. The organizations and many many people are all helping and the balance of the search and recovery is up to the military. The clean up is up to several organizations. We need to GIVE as I have already done and pray for those who are still stranded that they will be rescued safely. But Natalee and other stories cannot be FORGOTTEN either.
