On Aug. 12, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson declared a state of emergency "due to a chaotic situation involving illegal alien smuggling and illegal drug shipments" on his southern border. Three days later, Gov. Janet Napolitano followed suit in Arizona.
Reason: the crisis on the border. The ally-ally-in-free immigration policy of George Bush and Vicente Fox, beloved of corporate America, has created a hell on our southern border.
Those Southwestern states are being inundated by illegal aliens trashing ranches, killing cattle, committing crimes and eating up tax dollars. The traffic in narcotics and human beings from Mexico is a national scandal and a human rights disgrace.
What is true of New Mexico and Arizona is true of our nation, which is now home to an estimated 10 million to 15 million aliens who have broken our laws and broken into our country. It is a mark of the cowardice of our . . .

"Many of them are simply the old Buchanan crowd that has never gotten over their hatred of President Bush and will use any excuse to attack him."
Bayourod lies again, and again. BTW, Bayourod is a racist:

It's [Illegal Immigration] only an important issue to a very small number of people, all of whom post on FR.

Jews and Catholics are among the people opposed by some of your fellow anti-illegals. If you decide to label them your "enemies" will you claim that the Constitution now requires you to fight Catholics and Jews?

The anti-illegals crowd is neither Christian, pro life nor evangelical. They are anti-family values, anti-medical care for babies, anti-education of children, anti-Catholic Church, and pro abortion.
That pic exemplifies bayourod and dane
There is nothing to argue about in this article.
Pat Buchannon is correct on all counts.
Party loyalists will (and are) flaming Pat's points (no surprise there). But Pat Buchannon is 100% right and I believe this is the only way to get Bush to focus on OUR nation and stop his focus on globalism and nation building.
I voted for Bush twice. I campaigned for Bush twice. I was a mover and shaker that helped him get elected in 2000.
That said, I am with Pat Buchannon on this one as it is the only approach to correct this tragic lack of inattention (better described as misfocused) by Bush to such an important issue that faces our nation.
Because of George Bush, a HUGE part of our national sovereignty has been flushed down the Rio Grande.
Buchanan's patented appeal to classism. He preys on life's losers; the habitually depressed malcontents who can't hold down a job and who know they will never be invited to join any country club.
Buchanan gives them a scape goat for their personal failures and wretchedly miserable lives. He make doom and gloom comfortable for them.
President Bush appeals to the more noble side of the American character. He appeals to compassion, hope, family values, ownership, investment and prosperity.
"The people of Mexico are not being oppressed by a brutal tyrant; they're electing idiots."

WOW! Great links. And those are just from August??
Good Lord!
If this isn't an attack, I don't know what is.
Like even you said, Bush has made himself look bad.
Bush has trahsed our national sovereignty.
That is a fact that conservatives (Constitutionalists) like me clearly see. That is a bitter pill to swallow for the party loyalists/cheerleaders/RNC groupies out there, but it is a pill they must swallow.
What did he expect when he went on in his posts about "[Lewinsky]s for MSNBC suits"? Loathsome.
"So when are you going to disprove pat buchanan's(travis's hero)"
Please post one reply I have ever made calling Buchanan a hero or anything similar.
Or admit you´re just a liar.
I´m on vacation popping into internet cafes now and then, so don´t expect me to have my usual snappy comebacks.
Just cut and paste my replies calling Pat Buchanan a hero or something similar,
Or admit you are a liar.
Sorry, I didn't understand your post.
He's dead Jim.

I archived it, haven't check if the mods deleted it, but that's a keeper ;)
Typical anti-war propaganda. The Buchanan/Tancredo crowd should just go ahead and join Cindy Sheehan and Jane Fonda in their campaign against the war in Iraq.
... only if they care more for our country and its sovereignty than they care for the Kool-Aide.
Pat Buchanan can discuss this with Pat Robertson. No doubt with the 200 years of experience between them they can figure something out.
The Constitution of the United States of American sets for that one of the primary purposes for the existence of the federal government is to provide defense.
FACT: THE FEDS FAILED MISERABLY AT THIS ON 9/11. DEMOCRATS/REPUBLICANS ALIKE. THEY ALL SHARE THE BLAME.
The federal government failed. The FBI failed. The Department of Defense failed. They HAD warning of this yet they failed to stop it due to their arrogance, politics and territoriality. Now over 5,000 people lie dead because of their deriliction of duty.
Now they are repeating the same with the bordrs. The USA does not have secure borders. The Consitution of the United States requires such to provide the rights it spells out.
Question: What good is the Constitution anymore? Maybe it is meaningless, note the decision by the Supreme Court on imminent domain. Does the fact that the document could not hold up to these assaults in a concrete fashion indicate it was defective to begin with?
Question: Since the federal government has continually failed in doing its primary duties does that mean the Constitution is null and void?
If so, should a new Continental Congress be called by representatives of the states to propose a new constitution that will more comfortably fit our current needs/resources?
These are just "hypothetical" questions...don't start dumping all over me, LOL.
The Quislings and other False Flag Freepers never quit, do they?
Of course, when their basic tactic is to spew lie after lie, and truth is no impediment, it´s easy to come back after what would be repeated crushing defeats (to those normal folks who care about telling the truth.)
