The Island is 6 to 7 miles deep by about 20 miles long

B-1 = California Lighthouse - where the boys claim they took her first after leaving the Bar.

D-3 = #4 is the location of the 2 Marriott Hotels - where the 2 brothers (and now Joran) claim they dropped Joran and Natalee off after leaving the lighthouse - the 2 brothers claim they went home to Hooiberg after that.

D-3 = #19 is the location of the Holiday Inn where Natalee was staying.

G-5 = Where the red #2 marker is pointing to is the area that the Carlos & Charlie Bar is located

D-4 = Township of Montana is where Joran lives

F-7/8 = Hooiberg (Haystack Mountain) - The 2 Kalpoe brothers live in this area at the foot of the Haystack Mountian.

C-9 = By the Natural Bridge on the map is the location where the sharks hang out as they are fed at this location. This is the Shark Infested Feeding Area.

E-3 = Wetland in the Bird Sanctuary is the location where they found the Condoms/Condom Wrappers - Duct Tape (looked like black electrical tape to me) - Female Flowered Panties - and a String or Strap from a Bikini or Halter Top.

But now that Natalee's face has been "plastered all over every cable outlet aroung the world," she may have become too hot a property, so to speak, to hold on to.

Another way of looking at this is to see her stock as having gone through the roof.

There is more to be gained by selling her back to her parents now that the whole world is willing to contribute. The fact that it is an American girl in another country makes it easy (i.e. all these inexperienced banana republic cops). If she has been kidnapped by people who traffic in humans, they most likely planned to sell her anyway.

She is worth more now than ever.

Dan Riehl is saying that there is a town named 'Aruba' in Iraq. Could be that, he says, or a typo & that whoever typed it up meant 'Aquba'.

I've wondered all along if she was possibly abducted as revenge for some business dealings gone bad. That's why I was curious about what her parents/ step parents did for a living and that's one of the reasons why I think they (the parents) should be interrogated. My antenna went up in this vein when Rep Bachus made those oblique statements.

Sunday, July 3, 2005 CASTRIES, St. Lucia: The members of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police (ACCP) remain dedicated to the safety and continued development of the region's tourism product, its people and all who visit the Caribbean. In a recent release, prompted by the disappearance of 18-year-old Natalee Holloway , an American student who vanished on May 30 in Aruba and the recent murder of a former police inspector and established businessman in St. Kitts, the region's top law enforcement officials are appealing to visitors to use common sense and keep safety first as their watchword while in the region. The commissioners are encouraging visitors to pay close attention to their surroundings, ensure the safety of valuables and avoid, as much as possible, the opening of hotel room doors to strangers. In its release, the ACCP noted that the region has laboured long and hard to develop its image as one of the safest places in the world and pledged to use every available resource to protect the people of the Caribbean, its borders and visitors. Meanwhile, officials at The Source 101.1 FM out of Birmingham, Alabama, which features two radio hosts, Russ and Dee, on its popular 'Morning Show' that serves all of Alabama and Tennessee, is distancing itself from the show, saying the radio station itself it is not blacklisting the region. Caribbean Net News received the following email, making this point: My name is Chris Price. I'm the Executive Producer for the Matt Murphy Radio Program. Matt is on afternoon from 3 pm to 7 pm Central on from 101.1 FM the Source in Birmingham, AL. Matt asked me to let you know that the entire station is not blacklisting Aruba or any other part of the Caribbean. As far as we know it just our morning show, Russ and Dee that is trying to blacklist Aruba. They do not speak for our show. Thank you for your time. Chris Price Executive Producer Matt Murphy Radio Program Russ and Dee began a campaign blacklisting the Caribbean and especially Aruba over the way the Aruban police have handled the case of Natalee Holloway. "We are discouraging everyone from traveling to the Caribbean, and especially to Aruba. Our country may not be perfect, but we are able to solve crimes and thoroughly investigate missing persons with a greater level of expertise," said Russ and Dee from the 'Morning Show' in a letter to Caribbean Net News, adding, "When Americans want to go to the islands we will encourage our thousands of listeners to go to the Hawaiian islands." Russ and Dee carried their campaign on national television, including an appearance on the Bill O’Reilly Show on Fox News, as well as several other radio stations in the USA. Meanwhile, as mixed signals seem to suggest that the Holloway affair could be heading for the "Cold Case Files", there has been strong reaction to Russ and Dee's behaviour with a number of individuals (American and non-American) voicing strong objection to the "conduct" of the two radio hosts. A number of media houses in the USA, including Fox News, ABC News and Court TV, contacted Caribbean Net News for interviews and background information from our correspondent covering the story in its early stages.

So she was last seen with Joran van der Sloot and his friends Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, and Papa van der Sloot told the boys not to talk because "where there is no body, there is no crime", because we know she left Carlos and Charlie's with the boys and was never seen again, but in reality she was kidnapped by business dealers with her family because of a business deal gone wrong?

Care to link up the van der Sloots and the Kalpoe brothers with these people who kidnapped her for revenge reasons against her family? If they left her on a beach, or took her to a party, or drugged her or whatever, pray tell how the actual kidnappers knew all about it so they could jump in and grab her? She lives in Alabama, but they kidnap her in Aruba while she is on a senior trip? You mean if she had not gone on the trip, the revenge kidnappers would not have bothered taking her in Alabama? Some revenge, if it all hinged on grabbing her in Aruba, through the van der Sloots and the Kalpoes.

Interrogate the family? You mean, they know something that they are hiding, that would help them find Natalee? You mean they don't really want her found, so they would have to be interrogated to get the information out of them?

As to Spencer Bacchus, there are known criminal enterprises run out of Aruba. There is connection to Venezuela and other places in the Carribean, and Central and South America. To assume that Bacchus was hinting that his constituents, Natalee's family, were the cause of this situation because he referenced things that were "out of the ordinary" is beyond my comprehension.

To think of those poor people being interrogated, as if they have not been hurt and tortured and punished enough as victims in this case, is sickening.....to me, anyway.

Did you or anyone else hear on TV sometime in the last 24 hours someone say that "they"? were searching on the EAST side of the island WHERE THE CELL PHONE CALLS ORIGINATED? As usual I was doing something else and didn't have time to hear the report or little blurb accurately. In any case, the East side of the island is a new twist I think.

Everything that has been in the media, at least Fox News and MSNBC is in the last 100 post. If the Arisha sp?? Beach is in the east then yes. I don'know it it was where the cell phone calls came from.

Whoa. Interesting that they assumed or even seemed to KNOW that Natalee was kidnapped. I don't think she was; it doesn't fit Occam's Razor. But I wonder what they were told at first or where they got that info.
