When Artest was on the table, I thought he might have been injured. When they showed a replay from another angle, he had his hands behind head and had raised his head to see what was going on.
It was not a glass bottle that hit him, it was a blue plastic cup, and after seein numerous replays, it hit him in the upper chest/neck/lower face region, and had some liquid in it.
Regardless, the league needs to take all this into consideration if they plan to discipline Artest. I wouldn't blame him at all.

Going into the stands at a sporting event is one of the dumbest things a professional athlete can do. You have no freakin' idea what kind of loony-tunes are there.
Artest, BTW, is the same player who wanted to take some time off this season to make a rap CD or something os that sort. That alone tells me that he has no business playing on a professional sports team.

I just saw the replay again. I don't think that Artest got a punch off at the fan because the other players held him back but while they were rushing up to grab Artest another fan starts pounding on one of the other players. Didn't see him punch back. Maybe the players are ok here. Not sure.
