Jurors turn focus to Scott Peterson's fishing boat
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Jurors in Scott Peterson's capital murder trial want to see the boat the fertilizer salesman allegedly used to dump his wife's body in the San Francisco Bay, according to two sources close to the case.
The panel wrote a note to Judge Alfred Delucchi Friday requesting an inspection of the 14-foot aluminum Gamefisher Peterson took out on the bay Dec. 24, 2002, the day he reported his wife, Laci, missing.
The sources confirmed to Court TV that the boat will be brought to the courthouse and jurors will see it Monday.
The request to see the boat came as the panel completed a third day of deliberations without reaching a verdict. The six men and six women have weighed evidence for nearly 19 hours. They will spend the weekend sequestered at a hotel, but they are not permitted to discuss the case until they return to the jury room at about 8 a.m. Monday.

GOD ALMIGHTY WHY are these anchors of these shows giving this outcast, ANOTHER BAD JUROR, a constant platform to spew his verbal diarrhea???? All these shows should be boycotted. They are of no real Judicial value PERIOD.
No I believe it was another juror who delayed surgery until after the trial.
I am lost. Is Strawberry Shortcake the one some are saying is a bank employee, 30 years old, and 7 tatoos?
The Judge should have issued a gag order on Justin like he did this latest one.

I've been wondering what Juror #7 could possibly have been researching?? Falconer just suggested that she was trying to access Court Transcripts on the Internet...
If Falconer shows up with a missing wife, I'd sure want to think they'd look at him real closely.

Ridiculous. Unless he's conferring with someone on the jury, this guy adds nothing having been away from the proceedings for months now. Why are they continuing to give him air time? I suspect #7's phone is ringing off the hook so perhaps we'll finally get a Justin reprieve.

I am really stunned that Falconer is in any demand at all. He's a fruitcake. No credibility at all. And yes, you can more than see what his opinion of woman and children is.
Suggested or knows? I suspect he knows too much for his own good and his big mouth might get another juror dismissed.
Obviously this woman doesn't CARE who she hurts!!
So how does he know so much? I'll wager the prosecution would like to know the same thing.

Are we saying here that Juror #7 looked at Gagagrosses defense table and (I am not sure what a sympathetic look is) but would it have been more like a disgusted look because of the flimsy defense evidence. If so then did Gagagross go in and complain to the Judge about it?
I wish the Judge would order an investigation into Falconer such as his phone records, computer records etc. SINCE he was removed from the Jury.
