According to court documents, Aliea Rose Brown, formally known as Albert Allen Brown, identifies a woman but is still legally a man. Brown had been living with a 15-year-old girl’s family and was involved in a sexual relationship with the girl. The girl's mother and mother's boyfriend were allegedly aware of the relationship. Brown is a registered sex offender for having sex with a 10-year-old during the early 2000s. Brown was approximately 12 years old at the time and was still identifying as a male.
