MADISON, Wis.—An aide to a Republican state lawmaker has been charged with election fraud for allegedly voting in the wrong district in 2008 and 2010. The Wisconsin State Journal reported Wednesday (http://tiny.cc/3yggax) that Marcie Malszycki was charged Monday with two counts of election fraud and pleaded not guilty.
