EXCLUSIVE: O’KEEFE BUSTS ILLEGAL VOTER SCHEME TO ‘TURN TEXAS BLUE’
Breitbart ^ | 19 Feb 2014 | BRANDON DARBY

SAN ANTONIO, Texas—In an apparent violation of state law, Battleground Texas officials are exploiting legally protected information to turn voters out to the polls as part of the Democratic party's quest to paint the Lone Star State blue, a new undercover video from James O'Keefe reveals. The footage shows Battleground Texas volunteer Jennifer Longoria saying the group uses the phone numbers from voter registration forms in later efforts to boost turnout on election day. Texas Election Code prohibits the use of, or even the copying of, phone numbers provided by individuals registering to vote. “Every time we register somebody to vote, we keep their name, address, phone number,” Longoria said. The video also shows volunteers calling to boost turnout for Wendy Davis's gubernatorial bid. The new revelations are likely to add to concerns about an apparent culture of data sharing among Democrat-aligned political and nonprofit organizations. For example, a previous O'Keefe expose raised questions about whether campaigns to get people to sign up for Obamacare had secondary political motives.

Foolish for democrats to think they could use these ‘natural republicans’ in their nefarious scheme.

Should be a Texas sized round up, and a full jail in San Antone right now.

IF this were a blue state I would expect the authorities to do absolutely nothing, but this is Texas and I hope for much more.

Repeating what I said on the other thread:
If the enemedia in Texas refuse to report on this, FReepers in Texas need to get into their local news websites and post this story (And that YouTube video) on their message boards.

Why aren’t these people being ARRESTED!? For crying out loud, Texan state troopers should be putting this trash on the Cherry Beach Express.

To Texas Freepers: WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

http://www.sos.state.tx.us/contact.shtml

Here is a link to Texas Secretary of State Elections Dept. On this page is a link to pdf copy of their complaint form.
Put links to Breitbart and youtube in the body of the complaint and FAX IT!!

And pray - our complaint becomes public record.

This can’t be true, as I was told by some all the millions of illegal aliens in Texas are hard working family people who are ready to vote Republican.

Battle ground TX

--The plan hinges on an existing demographic advantage that will only grow with time. The numbers are stark. 9.5 million Latinos comprise 38 percent of the population, only 4.2 million are eligible to vote, and only half of those show up on Election Day.

As far as Bird is concerned, the Democrats are leaving millions of votes on the table. In 2012,Team Obama successfully turned out core supporters by registering new voters, offering transportation to the polls, and emphasizing early votes. Battleground Texas will offer more of the same, and capitalize on untapped constituencies.

I called the Secretary of State ( of Texas).
They had seen the vid but it is not their place to engorce
it is the attorney General
who is running for Gov

I am trying to talk to the AG Office
512-469-2100
I can’t imagine this office won’t so something
but I worry that this illegal group will archive that info and still use it

So the AG’s office WILL investigate this IF someone from the Sex of State( of texas) issues a complanint OR if the county or city election office asks for an investigstion
San Antonio/ Bexar county is heavily Dem, don’t count on them
But I would hope the Sec of State[’s office would get right on it

I think all freepers but especially Texas freepers should call the SOS and make sure they get the AG to investigate

Interestingly according the guy in the AG voter fraus office apparently the AG office can’t initiate an investigation
they can only react to a complaint

weird I know
