The 1-year-old boy was in the care of his 7-year-old sister when he was left out of his crib. The baby was in a lane of the road when a driver rescued him. Police say a baby found crawling across a busy four-lane street in northern Utah after his 7-year-old sister took him out of his crib is safely back home. A new report analyzing the financial ramifications of a takeover of some of Nevada’s millions of acres of federal lands suggests the state would benefit from such a transfer.
