As Hillary Clinton counts the many reasons for her election loss, Judicial Watch continues to seek documents related to her tenure as secretary of state, releasing another 2,078 pages on Thursday. Those 2,078 documents include 115 Clinton email exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department. Judicial Watch says the documents include more instances of Clinton sending and receiving classified/confidential information through an unsecured email server. They also show that Clinton’s daughter Chelsea and others involved with the Clinton Foundation received special favors from Huma Abedin, a top Clinton aide. {..snip..}

Bre Payton at The Federalist reported on a shocking decision by The New York Times to out the CIA’s top official overseeing Iran, painting him as a “dark prince” pushing a hardline approach. Aren’t these the same journalists who were outraged in the Bush years that Valerie Plame was outed over the rationale for the Iraq War? And she was no longer a covert agent. Reporters Matthew Rosenberg and Adam Goldman began: "He is known as the Dark Prince or Ayatollah Mike, nicknames he earned as the Central Intelligence Agency officer who oversaw the hunt for Osama bin Laden and...

In an article published Friday, The New York Times outed the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) top spy overseeing the organization’s efforts in Iran. The paper justified its outing of the undercover CIA spy and his role within the agency by saying it was necessary since the agent is “leading an important new administration initiative against Iran.” Yes. That really happened. {..snip..}

A new poll from Rasmussen Reports found 53% of likey US voters believe the leaking of classified information to the media is an act of treason. 30% disagreed and 18% were undecided. "[W]hile 73% of Republicans consider the leaking of classified information which plagues the Trump administration as treasonous, only half as many Democrats (36%) feel that way now. Voters not affiliated with either major party agree by a 50% to 27% margin that the leaks are an act of treason," Rasmussen Reports said. The White House has reportedly identified three leakers of classified information. The NY Post's John Crudele...

Wednesday in Ranchos Palos Verdes, CA at the annual Code Conference, former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said the media coverage of the investigation into her handling of classified emails turned into “the biggest ‘nothing-burger ever.” Clinton said a factor in her losing the election to Donald Trump was that the media treated the email story like “Pearl Harbor.”

As I watch another passive-aggressive hit on Trump by McCain, his latest being his remarks about the Kushner-Russian back channel fake news story, I see a shrinking and increasingly butt-hurt man. A man who was once a hero and has since been corrupted and minimized by the swamp in which he now comfortably resides. But all you have to do to know John McCain is to consider something. As one of the most powerful Veterans and senators in Washington, it was under his watch, spanning several different administrations, that the VA crumbled into one of the most shameful and embarrassing...

A new $80 million anti-Trump network is being led by an organization whose top funder is liberal billionaire George Soros and which employs former members of the controversial and now-defunct Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN). The Center for Popular Democracy Action Fund, the 501(c)(4) sister organization of the Center for Popular Democracy (CPD), a New York-based nonprofit that receives the bulk of its funding from George Soros, announced at their spring gala Tuesday that they will be heading up the new $80 million anti-Trump network that will span 32 states and have 48 local partners, CNN reported....

It is not coincidental the origin of all ‘vast-Russian-conspiracy‘ stories seem to start with a discussion of intelligence gathering beginning in July of 2016. The GOP convention to nominate Donald Trump was July 18-21st of 2016. Surrounding the nomination that stunned the geo-political world almost every foreign government was trying to figure out who and what Donald J Trump was all about; and more specifically: how would his run for the presidency impact their specific interests. *Additionally, smart move by POTUS on delaying the nomination of the FBI Director. Comey would love to know that answer before he gives his...

Something Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard said a couple of days ago seems to be flying under the radar. It seems old Billy boy (the disgrace of Irving Kristol) is working on disposing of Trump and Trumpism. Notice Kristol’s tweet: Bill Kristol ✔ @BillKristol GOP members & donors are in grip of quiet desperation. Task of anti-Trump Republicans isn't to say I told you so, but chart path forward. Follow Bill Kristol ✔ @BillKristol Several of you have asked, What IS path forward? Well, we're working on it. Disposing of Trump & overcoming Trumpism can't be done in a...

A federal judge may have just paved the way for Barack Obama AND Hillary Clinton to be put on trial for TREASON. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson has ordered the State Department to turn over previously redacted information regarding what Obama and Clinton knew about and how they responded to the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi.

FBI agents angered at FBI director's lenient handling of email probe! The surprise firing of James Comey was triggered by the ousted FBI director's recent comments on why he chose not to seek the prosecution of Hillary Clinton for using an unsecure email server, according to White House and Trump administration officials. President Trump was angered by Comey's assertion that Clinton had no criminal intent when she mishandled highly classified information on her private server, said officials familiar with the president's thinking. .. "Federal law is clear regarding classified materials: intent is not relevant [to mishandling classified information]," the White...

Three Republicans joined Senate Democrats on Wednesday to reject an effort to overturn an Obama administration rule limiting methane emissions from oil and natural gas drilling. Only 49 senators voted to move forward with debate on legislation to undo the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rule, short of the 51 votes needed. Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Susan Collins (R-Maine) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) joined all 48 members of the Democratic caucus in rejecting the resolution under the Congressional Review Act (CRA). Graham and Collins had previously publicized their plans to vote against the legislation. But McCain’s vote came as a...

Stays of removal are frequently issued to aliens otherwise slated for deportation when members of Congress introduce “private bills” to individually grant those aliens permanent legal status. While these bills rarely come to a vote and are even more rarely passed, ICE previously granted aliens stays of removal as a matter of course, while the bills are formally under consideration — a policy that can allow otherwise removable persons to remain in the United States for months if not years. ...

Being a communist would no longer be a fireable offense for California government employees under a bill passed Monday by the state Assembly. Lawmakers narrowly approved the bill to repeal part of a law enacted during the Red Scare of the 1940s and '50s when fear that communists were trying to infiltrate and overthrow the U.S. government was rampant. The bill now goes to the Senate. It would eliminate part of the law that allows public employees to be fired for being a member of the Communist Party.

A coterie of congressmen are secretly meeting to concoct a plan to impeach President Donald Trump, the New Yorker reports. Writing for the magazine, Evan Osnos reports that “Trump’s critics are actively exploring the path to impeachment or the invocation of the Twenty-fifth Amendment, which allows for the replacement of a President who is judged to be mentally unfit.” Who are these mystery conspirators? Osnos claimed during an appearance on MSNBC, This is a conversation that people are having around the dinner table, it’s one people have at the office, members of Congress are talking about it in private and...

8pm ET TONIGHT: Watch AC 360 to learn more about the FBI employee who married an ISIS terrorist. An FBI translator with a top-secret security clearance traveled to Syria in 2014 and married a key ISIS operative she had been assigned to investigate, CNN has learned. The rogue employee, Daniela Greene, lied to the FBI about where she was going and warned her new husband he was under investigation, according to federal court records. Greene's saga, which has never been publicized, exposes an embarrassing breach of national security at the FBI—an agency that has made its mission rooting out ISIS...

...AMY GOODMAN: I wanted to ask you about this comment that you made that the Republican Party, you said, is the most dangerous organization in world history. Can you explain? NOAM CHOMSKY: I also said that it’s an extremely outrageous statement. But the question is whether it’s true. I mean, has there ever been an organization in human history that is dedicated, with such commitment, to the destruction of organized human life on Earth? Not that I’m aware of. Is the Republican organization—I hesitate to call it a party—committed to that? Overwhelmingly. There isn’t even any question about it...

Obama’s Iran Deal Was Much Worse Than We SuspectedBarack Obama didn’t just undermine our allies with the Iran deal—he undermined his own Justice Department. What if Donald Trump had unilaterally shut down every investigation into Russian espionage, released over 20 suspected Russian spies, struck a deal to get rid of sanctions against Russia—in return for honoring deals that had been signed years before—and then lied to the American people about the entire episode? That’s the Obama Administration’s Iran deal. It might have been the first time the United States has offered extensive concessions to a nation that has continued to...

When President Barack Obama announced the “one-time gesture” of releasing Iranian-born prisoners who “were not charged with terrorism or any violent offenses” last year, his administration presented the move as a modest trade-off for the greater good of the Iran nuclear agreement and Tehran’s pledge to free five Americans. “Iran had a significantly higher number of individuals, of course, at the beginning of this negotiation that they would have liked to have seen released,” one senior Obama administration official told reporters in a background briefing arranged by the White House, adding that “we were able to winnow that down to...

California State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Léon (D-Los Angeles) said last Tuesday that “half his family” was in the country illegally, using false documents, and eligible for deportation under President Trump’s new executive order against “sanctuary” jurisdictions. De Léon, who introduced the bill, made his remarks at a hearing in Sacramento on SB54, the bill to make California a “Sanctuary State.” He said (at 1:27:34 in the video that follows): … I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [President Donald Trump’s] executive order, because if they got a false Social Security...
