New York Times Outs CIA's Top Spy In Iran, Since He Toes a 'Hard Line'
MRC NewBusters ^ | 06/02/2017 | Tim Graham

Bre Payton at The Federalist reported on a shocking decision by The New York Times to out the CIA’s top official overseeing Iran, painting him as a “dark prince” pushing a hardline approach. Aren’t these the same journalists who were outraged in the Bush years that Valerie Plame was outed over the rationale for the Iraq War? And she was no longer a covert agent. Reporters Matthew Rosenberg and Adam Goldman began:

"He is known as the Dark Prince or Ayatollah Mike, nicknames he earned as the Central Intelligence Agency officer who oversaw the hunt for Osama bin Laden and the American drone strike campaign that killed thousands of Islamist militants and hundreds of civilians."

"Now the official, Michael D’Andrea, has a new job. He is running the C.I.A.’s Iran operations, according to current and former intelligence officials, an appointment that is the first major sign that the Trump administration is invoking the hard line the president took against Iran during his campaign."

In other words, Plame and her husband Joe Wilson became controversial by opposing the Bush administration's war on Saddam Hussein. They were painted as patriots. Now, D'Andrea is controversial for joining Trump in opposing the Obama administration's pussy-footing with Iran, so he must be exposed...

The NYT appears to be engaging in war against the United States. Perhaps in a year it will be time to Declare War against Iran and then shut down the NYT as an enemy agent.

I have yet to find the New York Times specifically mentioned in our Constitution... IF their acts are against our ‘national’ interest then strip them of their right to harm US. This is not rocket science.

Unforgivable.

Did the CIA leak this to the NYT?

Find the leakers, indict, prosecute and hang.

Yes, the very wealthy “Carlos Slim”. He keeps pumping money to them, because they are the biggest and most wide-spread voice on behalf of illegal aliens. He, like other Mexican elites, would prefer to flood the US with their human detritus, rather than have to produce jobs with living wages and more social safety nets in their own country.

No fan of the NYSlimes, but I do like knowing who is working in senior government roles. This particular segment from a ‘who is Michael D’Andrea’ article struck me as rather alarming:

“During the height of the Iraq War, he held the most senior CIA post in Baghdad. Along the way, he met and married a Muslim woman who inspired his conversion to Islam.”

This is the guy running the CIA’s Iran desk?

People at the NYT need to go to jail, if not be strung-up.

I do hope that’s the case. The idea of a guy in his position being a convert to Islam? That doesn’t sit well with me, not when there are comments like this floating around:

“some also hold him responsible for the deaths of seven CIA employees killed by an improperly vetted double agent in December 2009.”
