Bill Donohue comments on a woman who sued a Catholic hospital for refusing to change her sex: The mainstream media are floating a fake news story. They are saying that a “man filed suit against a Catholic hospital in New Jersey on Thursday for refusing to allow a surgeon to perform a hysterectomy on him at the facility.” But a man cannot have a hysterectomy—only those with a womb can. They are called women. I was slightly dishonest. The sentence I quoted, from an AP story, began by saying “A transgender man….” The really dishonest people are those in the...

The United Kingdom’s Department for Education will allow some primary schools to offer students a booklet on “medical transitioning” called “Can I Tell You About Gender Diversity?” LGBT activist CJ Atkinson’s latest book in a the “Can I Tell You About…?” series by Jessica Kingsley Publishers will be offered to students in late January, but the decision has already ignited protests from government officials and religious leaders. The material will be read by children as young as seven years old. . . . “Can I Tell You About Gender Diversity?” includes information on hormone blockers, gender dysphoria, and the use...

Higher education teaches them a hate-filled Feminist dogma that heterosexuality is a "social construct," males are violent predators, and sex with a man is rape. Millions of gullible girls are falling into a diabolical trap intended to make them pursue careers instead of families. As I have said, the purpose is to depopulate and destabilize society by destroying its fundamental building block, the family.

A man calling himself “One Hand Jason” cut his right arm off because he felt like he was really disabled. His hand was more or less a “birth defect,” according to body modification website ModBlog. Jason trained in first aid for months and eventually severed his arm with a power tool. He also allowed people to think it was an accident for years. If you think this is wrong in any way, you’re a bigot — at least if you follow trans-logic to its natural conclusions.

A federal judge in Texas on Saturday ordered a halt to another Obama administration effort to strengthen transgender rights, this time over health rules that social conservatives say could force doctors to violate their religious beliefs. The latest injunction signed by U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor comes four months after he blocked a higher-profile new set of transgender protections — a federal directive that required public schools to let transgender students use bathrooms consistent with their gender identity. Several of the Republican-controlled states that brought that lawsuit, including Texas, also sued over the health regulations that were finalized in May....

This video is pretty self-explanatory. People are incredibly tolerant of any form of self-identification nowadays. We dare not ask questions. Also, little rat-dogs are allowed in food establishments. Who knew? But what if a 90lbs Dogo Argentino identifies as a lap-dog? What are the rules then? Hilarity ensues... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFwVjPrN2MM

The pins read “My pronouns are” followed by either “he, him, his,” “she, her, hers” or “they, them, theirs.” A sign at the library declares that mis-gendering a person can have dangerous consequences and can “invalidate someone’s identity.” “Because gender is, itself, fluid and up to the individual,” the sign reads. “Each person has the right to identify their own pronouns, and we encourage you to ask before assuming someone’s gender. Pronouns matter!”

More than twice as many minors as expected have expressed a desire to change their gender this year. Since January, the Sexology Clinic in Copenhagen has offered hormone treatment to minors who feel like they were born in the wrong body. […] In Denmark, children as young as 12 can receive hormone suppressors, also known as puberty blockers, to stunt the growth of sexual organs and suppress developments like facial hair for boys and menstruation for girls. The effects of the blockers are reversible. Once minors reach the age of 16, they can receive full hormone treatment that is largely...

A 13-year-old transgender boy from Woodcliff Lake described feeling isolated as he watched friends do something as simple as going to the bathroom at school, while he used a restroom in the nurse’s office.Other North Jersey teenagers said they wondered whether they were alone before they researched what it means to be transgender. A 7-year-old girl expressed questions about her gender identity, and her parents are helping her find out whether she is a boy or a girl. From the moment he joined, 8-year-old Joe Maldonado eagerly looked forward to camping trips and science projects as a member of the Cub Scouts. But his expectations were dashed after his mother said she received a phone call from a scouting official who told her that Joe would no longer be allowed to participate because he was born a girl. Kristie Maldonado said she was stunned because her son had been a member of Cub Scout Pack 87 in Secaucus for about a month, and his transgender status had not been a secret. Incarnation or Reincarnation? The “no crying” chubby little thing in the manger, captured with Hallmark brilliance, fails to express the essence of the event that took place in human history two millennia ago. That event profoundly impacts our idea of human identity, about which we hear so many theories two thousand years later. Backed by “deeply researched progressive” laws, we now proudly affirm our right to self-identify, changing or creating our identity by the slightest whim or fantasy. Some now claim to be animals. The “otherkin” community, for example, believes they have a non-human or animal soul or ancestry, inherited...

Kentucky governor Matt Bevin said last week that he hopes the Kentucky legislature won’t consider a transgender-bathroom bill in the upcoming legislative session; according to Bevin, “the last thing we need is more government rules.” He’s absolutely right, and I think it’s worth offering a conservative defense of transgender rights — which ought to be a conservative issue. On the American political spectrum, conservatism is the mind-your-own-business ideology. I know smoking is unhealthy, but I enjoy smoking, and my health is none of your business. I know motorcycles can be dangerous, but I like the wind in my hair; whether...

When Oregon resident Jamie Shupe quietly walked into a Portland, Oregon, courthouse this June and received permission to change their gender from female to "non-binary," they did so without the assistance of any nonprofit or national transgender advocacy group. Shupe's successful legal change to a third gender stunned the national LGBTQ community; many intersex and gender nonconforming people had dreamed of someday being able to opt out of "male" and "female" gender designations, but no one thought it could be done so easily. In the six months since Shupe became the first legally non-binary U.S. citizen, the amount of people...

As part of its January 2017 issue exploring our evolving understandings and definitions of gender, National Geographic is featuring nine-year-old transgender rights activist Avery Jackson on its cover—the first time a trans person has made the cover of the magazine. Jackson rose to stardom last year when she began documenting her transition with “Avery Chats,” a series of YouTube videos describing how she came to understand her identity at such a young age and eventually came out to her parents as trans. “When I was born, doctors said I was a boy, but I knew in my heart I was...
