When Oregon resident Jamie Shupe quietly walked into a Portland, Oregon, courthouse this June and received permission to change their gender from female to "non-binary," they did so without the assistance of any nonprofit or national transgender advocacy group.
Shupe's successful legal change to a third gender stunned the national LGBTQ community; many intersex and gender nonconforming people had dreamed of someday being able to opt out of "male" and "female" gender designations, but no one thought it could be done so easily.
In the six months since Shupe became the first legally non-binary U.S. citizen, the amount of people petitioning courts for third gender designations has increased exponentially. Some were born intersex (with female and male sex characteristics), while others identify on a spectrum of gender that doesn't fit neatly into either of the categories currently available on identity documents.

Before everybody goes off saying “evil, twisted,etc” let me just say this about third gender: Yawn...who cares? Call yourselves whatever the F you want, just don’t bore me with your genitalia. I couldn’t care less.
There’s also a bigger movement for these people to STFU!
Although Obama has pushed hard for this, sexual perversion and sodomy is none of the federal government’s business. It is a state’s issue and it is up to the people of each state to deal with it at least in terms of laws.

We’re in the advanced stages of cultural and societal rot wherein the nation made itself wealthy and powerful enough whereby it could indulge itself in this crap.
The most progressive of the douches have figured that they have gotten most of what they can mine out of the election and must return to project, Divide America into Manageable Groups.

We are considered hopelessly behind the times by the liberals, if we think there are two sexes, male and female.
Facebook recognizes something like 56 different gender identities. If we know about male and female, those two, then what are the other 54??????.
Activists also tell us we are too focused on crotches and someone’s body structure somehow defining ones identity.
I’m confused. If the liberals ever totally take over this country I will be sent to reeducation camp for sure.

Good point. These people are completely ignoring the science of chromosomal differences between the sexes. They completely ignore the reality of some obvious physical differences between the two sexes.
But we conservatives are the ones who completely ignore science or the liberals???????
