Hillary Clinton's first national TV ad goes after Republicans for their "partisan" investigation into the attack on our diplomatic compound in Benghazi. The ad uses a bonehead statement by Rep. Kevin McCarthy, who is running for Speaker, hinting that one of the reasons for Hillary's falling poll nunbers is what the Benghazi Committee has exposed. A new ad released by the campaign on Monday evening features a clip of House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) giving the special House panel credit for damaging Clinton's poll numbers. The 30-second spot is the first one the campaign is running nationally on cable...

Let me connect the pro-Hillary dots for you at NBC News… This is not rocket science. In fact, the effort NBC News is pouring into rehabilitating Hillary Clinton is now so painfully blatant that even left-wing CNN is calling out the Peacock Network. And NBC News is so desperate to keep a Republican out of the White House that “Saturday Night Live†has openly joined the pro-Hillary propaganda team. NBC News partners with and funnels $400 million to left-wing BuzzFeed.NBC News partners with and funnels $200 million to the even more left-wing Vox.NBC News partners with TargetSmart, a political data...

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Democratic presidential contender Hillary Rodham Clinton swiped at Donald Trump on Thursday for insulting a Republican rival's looks and said she'd "love to debate him" if he prevails in the GOP race. "There is one particular candidate who just seems to delight in insulting women every chance he gets," Clinton told a cheering crowd of several hundred supporters. She named no names but was referring to Trump's remark that Carly Fiorina's face would make her unelectable. "I have to say, if he emerges I would love to debate him," Clinton said, a comment that presumed she...

National Security: When a scandal involves a Democrat, the mainstream media always insist on a smoking gun before they take it seriously. Well, how about two of them — so far?

Hillary Clinton’s second race for the presidency is only about a quarter through, but she already seems to be causing general fatigue.

The lurid revelations about the Clinton Foundation proved that it was not so much a charity as a huge laundering operation. Quid pro quo donations from the global rich and powerful fueled the Clintons’ jet-setting networking.

It’s over. Hillary Clinton is not going to be the next President of the United States. It’s not because she demanded skim milk for her tea, though any discerning tea-drinker would always insist on at least semi-skim. It’s not because she couldn’t work out how to watch ‘Parks and Recreation’ or ‘The Good Wife’ on catch-up TV, though coupled with her general apparent ignorance of all new technology this does little to negate the nagging sense that she’s simply too old for the top job in America. It’s not because her aides sometimes go 100 hours without sleep, though this...

In ways both subtle and blunt, Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign is sending a message to Vice President Joe Biden about his potential presidential campaign: This won’t be easy. […] Clinton and her team speak warmly of Biden in public. They’ve also taken steps to show their dominance over the party’s establishment and President Barack Obama’s political infrastructure in hopes of quietly discouraging the vice president from entering the race. …

The most frequent words that come to mind when Americans think about Hillary Clinton are "liar" and "dishonest." That's according to a new national poll from Quinnipiac that asked more than 1500 registered voters to say the "first word" that comes to mind when they hear the Democratic presidential frontrunner's name. The most frequently mentioned word was "liar," with 178 people mentioning the word. Next on the list are "dishonest" at 123 mentions and "untrustworthy" at 93 mentions. There were some positive words for Clinton mentioned frequently, including "experience" (82 mentions) and "strong" (59 mentions). The same question was asked...

Another day, another poll to rattle former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. Public Policy Polling, a Democratic firm, found her on Tuesday trailing Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., by seven points in New Hampshire's first-in-the nation Democratic primary. It was the second poll to get such a result. Why is this happening? Clinton's coronation as the Democratic nominee was once taken for granted. Some of it has to do with left-wing Democrats' justifiable sense that she is not one of them but, rather, an entitled millionaire who cuts an odd figure as a populist champion of the middle class....

Hillary Clinton took a new tack this week when answering questions about her use of a private email account as secretary of state: She took responsibility and admitted she was at fault. “It clearly wasn’t the best choice,” Clinton said flatly on Wednesday, as she campaigned in Iowa. On Thursday, the reason for the change in tone came into sharper focus with a stunning new poll illustrating the extent to which voters don’t trust Clinton to tell the truth. While Republicans have been test-driving attacks against Clinton for a year and a half, no other line of attack has broken...

Democratic leaders are increasingly frustrated by Hillary Rodham Clinton’s failure to put to rest questions about her State Department email practices and ease growing doubts among voters about her honesty and trustworthiness. On top of that, many say, her repeated jokes and dismissive remarks on the email controversy suggest that she is not treating it seriously enough. Interviews with more than 75 Democratic governors, lawmakers, candidates and party members have laid bare a widespread bewilderment that Mrs. Clinton has allowed a cloud to settle over her candidacy — by using a private email server in the first place, since it...

What if former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been pulling the wool over our eyes for years? What if, while she was secretary of state, she ran two secret wars, one in Libya and one in Syria? What if there already were wars in each of those countries, so she used those wars as covers for her own? What if President Obama gave permission for her to do this? What if the president lacks the legal authority to authorize anyone to fight secret wars? What if she obtained the consent of a dozen members of Congress from both...

This strikes me as, um, problematic, as all the kids say. An FBI "A-team" is leading the "extremely serious" investigation into Hillary Clinton's server and the focus includes a provision of the law pertaining to "gathering, transmitting or losing defense information," an intelligence source told Fox News. The section of the Espionage Act is known as 18 US Code 793. A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained...

An “A-Team” at the FBI is spearheading an “extremely serious” investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email system, specifically focusing on a provision of the Espionage Act regarding the “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information,” according to an anonymous intelligence source. The specific provision in question is 18 USC Sec. 793. Fox News reported: A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained classified information regardless of the markings. …...

MINNEAPOLIS — The Democratic Party, whose presidential race has been mostly overshadowed by Donald Trump and the Republicans, heads into the fall with its nomination contest far less certain than it once appeared and braced for a series of events that will have a significant effect on Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign. Clinton’s standing has been eroded both by her own shaky handling of the e-mail controversy and by the populist energy fueling the challenge of Sen. (I-Vt.). Her weakened position in the polls has stoked talk about a possible late entry from Vice President Biden, which could dramatically change the...

This Hamptonite wants Hillary Rodham Clinton behind bars — and had to put his signs saying so behind an electric fence. Andy Sabin’s first “Hillary for Prison 2016” signs lasted little more than a day before they were stolen from in front of his Amagansett home last week. So Sabin took steps to make sure the placards were secure. The red, blue and white signs now sit atop a pair of 12-foot poles behind an electric fence with yellow warning signs. A surveillance camera keeps watch.

Hillary Furious After Trump Calls Weiner A 'Perv' Trump also suggested that Abedin, the daughter of Islamic supremacists — is a security risk. But Hillary’s defense consisted mostly of an effort to change the subject. “Donald Trump has spent the summer saying offensive things about women, but there is no place for patently false, personal attacks towards a staff member,” said Hillary’s press secretary Nick Merrill. Clinton’s statement also tried to stigmatize public debate about Abedin’s actions. Trump “should be ashamed of himself, and others in his own party should take a moment to stand up to him and draw...

RUSH: Polling data shows that Trump is just continuing to skyrocket in most places. Hillary still beats Trump head-to-head in Wisconsin, I think I saw that. But Hillary man, oh, man, oh, man, I'll tell you the catcalls on the Democrat side among Democrats and media are for her to just get out. Last week it was one supporter writing in the UK Telegraph, I think, that we quoted, who said, "Please, Hillary, I love you, but please get out before you embarrass yourself. Please get out. Please." Many more people have now joined that refrain. And now the popular...

1. Crime and politics. Even if Clinton—or any presidential candidate—were to be convicted of a felony, he or she would not technically be barred from being elected president. Additionally, whether or not Clinton is ever formally accused of any crime, President Obama could issue her a pardon, if he so chose. 2. Time was of the essence. The more time that passes between an event and the collection of evidence, the greater the likelihood that the full record will not be complete and/or accurate. 3. Turning a blind eye? Raymond Maxwell. A year ago, Maxwell alleged he witnessed a Benghazi...
