OTTAWA, May 24, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) — UNICEF Canada is pushing for assisted suicide and euthanasia for children — or "mature minors" — arguing that this conforms with the Charter, Canadian legal precedent and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. That would include euthanasia or assisted suicide for mature minors who suffer from a non-terminal illness or disability, according to UNICEF Canada's policy director Marvin Bernstein. UNICEF, or United Nations Children's Fund (originally, Emergency Fund) is a UN organization that is, according to its website, "on a mission to reach every child and ensure their well-being, no matter...

Up until now many Canadians believed that a Pretty Boy Powder Puff had been installed as their prime minister, now he can be viewed as a brutish thug who will even stoop to physical force to get his own way Utterly missed in today’s media coverage of the story that should be headlined ‘Pretty Boy Goes Bully Boy’ from Canadian Parliament in action yesterday, is that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is desperate for Canadians to die faster, and that he was already an established bully before Barack Obama’s Campaign team helped elect him with a mere 39 percent of the...

In this author's humble opinion these are the 20 clearest signs that the end of the age is quite literally imminent: 1. In a technical sense the Gospel has now been preached to every nation on earth in fulfillment of Mark 13:10. Some scholars argue that we must interpret the Greek word for "nation" strictly as an individual ethnic group, but even if that is the correct interpretation, this prophecy was likely fulfilled sometime toward the end of the 20th century or the beginning of this century. There are certainly still several isolated tribes where the Gospel has not been...

The Detroit News reported that Mathers called into local radio show "Mojo in the Morning" to discuss rumors surrounding her crashing her black Escalade in October 2015. She was charged with driving under the influence after the accident. "I did this on purpose and I'm so sorry," Mathers said on the show. "I never lied to [first responders]. I told them everything that I did. I said that I was sorry and that it was intentional and I didn't...

The suicide rate for middle-aged women, ages 45 to 64, jumped by 63 percent over the period of the study, while it rose by 43 percent for men in that age range, the sharpest...

A SECRET plan devised by Brussels could see countries in the European Union take on 250,000 migrants from Turkey every single year. EU bureaucrats have already made a £6billion agreement with Ankara to take one Syrian migrant for every migrant sent to Turkey. But the latest deal could see migrants flown directly from Turkey to countries in the EU, including Britain. The mass movement of migrants to Europe in the secret deal is set to kick in during the next few months, officials have claimed. Gerald Kanus of the European Stability Initiative told German press: “The Turkish side expects...

Throughout the interior West, states in a belt from Montana to New Mexico are looking for ways to lower their highest-in-the-nation suicide rates, although gun-specific initiatives are a touchy topic. In Montana, with the highest rate, suicide prevention coordinator Karl Rosston acknowledges some frustration as the toll rises, including the recent deaths of several teenagers who used guns from their own homes. “People are afraid we’re trying to take away guns, which is not the case,” Rosston said. “I understand the sensitivity of it, but I’ve got to ask the questions when we have kids who shoot themselves.” …

America can still avoid sharing Europe’s fate. But only if we take action. Because of what Europe has become, it now has few viable choices in dealing with radical Islamic terrorism. Its dilemma is a warning to Americans that we should turn away from a similar path of national suicide. After suffering serial terrorist attacks from foreign nationals and immigrants, a normal nation-state would be expected to make extraordinary efforts to close its borders and redefine its foreign policy in order to protect its national interests. But a France or a Belgium is not quite a sovereign nation any more,...
