Generally speaking roughly half of registered Republicans and right-leaning independent don’t vote in any given election. As conservatives, we’re the individual imitative group. If we each actively sought among our like-minded friends, family and associates to make sure they voted with the goal of generating at least one such additional voter each election (what I call adopt a voter), the collective impact would be dramatic.
