A man who struck officers with a broomstick was twice shot with Tasers that didn't work before he was killed in a police-involved shooting in Miami Gardens, officials said Tuesday. Miami Gardens police said they have few leads in the brazen murder of James Hall, shot in the head late Sunday night in his driveway as his girlfriend's two children looked on.
