For the third time, the cops of the NYPD have turned their backs on the mayor of New York. The first time was when Mayor Bill de Blasio arrived at Woodhull Hospital where mortally wounded officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu had been taken on Dec. 20. The second was when the mayor spoke at Ramos’ funeral. The third was at Liu’s service on Sunday. Detestation of de Blasio among the NYPD and the cops who came from across the country to stand in solidarity with their slain brothers is broad and deep. And, in a way, de Blasio served...

If their followers stop believing in the magic, they will suddenly stop paying for admission to the racialist magic show. Exactly why do Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barack Obama, Bill de Blasio, Eric Holder and other racialist hucksters go out of their way to get black Americans upset? They shout “The cops are killing you!” Yeah, that will work. It certainly will get people upset, and they’ll be marching and they’ll be protesting. Oh, they will also start committing theft, arson, physical assaults and so on. These things are apparently needed to convince people to believe the fairy tales that...

In 1970 a group of African Americans calling themselves The Black Liberation Army (BLA) initiated a war against America’s police Officers. They started with sneak attacks in New York City and 20 New York City Police Officers were killed between January 1970 and December 1971. As a New York City cop I served as an Urban Combat Soldier. I worked in one of the toughest precincts in New York. I personally lived and witnessed the opening phase of the war and fought in it. Today we are seeing the resurgence of the BLA’s Black War on our Police (BWOP) and...

Message to ‘progressive’ politicians from the public at large who clearly see that only anarchy follows a collapsed blue line: Your uncanny silence is aiding and abetting the cop killers. It’s time for Mayor Bill de Blasio, the 2008 endorser of his New York City Public Defender candidacy opportunist/ activist Al Sharpton; President Barack Obama, the lawless Eric Holder et al to send an eardrum-splitting message to their protegé protesters: “Stop the hatred bringing on the Cop Killers!” Make as ubiquitous as the ‘Black Lives Matter‘ message, ‘Cops’ Lives Matter’. All ethnic minorities are represented in most police forces across...

The police officer who shot and killed a man on Tuesday in Berkeley, Missouri, was given a body camera but it was not activated at the time of the shooting, officials said today. The shooting sparked new unrest in a region already reeling following an August police shooting a few miles away in Ferguson. About 200 to 300 protesters gathered at the gas station where Tuesday night's shooting happened. When asked whether he was concerned that the officer's body cam was not activated, Berkeley Mayor Theodore Hoskins said he was "not concerned."

Berkeley Mayor Theodore Hoskins believes the evidence is clear. He believes the shooting death of 18-year-old Antonio Martin was justified. He says Martin pointed a weapon at a Berkeley officer before the officer fired three shots. “They’re out here protecting us every day and sometimes it comes to the point where they have to take necessary action,” said Hoskins. “That’s what occurred.”

Mayor Bill de Blasio, confronting the gravest crisis of his young administration, has been by turns composed and defiant, empathetic and indignant, urging calm in one moment and lashing out in frustration the next. In other words, he has acted like himself: a confident but mercurial leader whose singular political style has not wavered, even in the face of a potentially career-defining flash point over the police and race. In a sharp turn from his predecessors — the pugnacious, prosecutorial Rudolph W. Giuliani and the business-minded Michael R. Bloomberg — Mr. de Blasio, a political professional who promised a warmer,...

In a CUNY newspaper editorial written earlier this month, the “Advocate’s” Editor-in-Chief called for violent protests against those opposed to “justice” for Michael Brown and others. The piece, called “In Support of Violence,” contains several chilling passages. “The time for peace has passed, indeed it never existed in this country,” the editorial explains. “It doesn’t matter if Brown robbed a convenience store, or even if he assaulted Wilson. What matters is that the case highlights the depths to which the capitalist state and its police forces will protect their own and attempt to stifle any sort of dissent.” The editorial...
