The 75 million-year-old ankylosaur was named Zuul crurivastator for its resemblance to the Ghostbusters character Zuul and it's powerful tail. "This dinosaur's short snout, long horns behind the eyes and on the cheeks, and gnarly face resemble Zuul, a fictional monster from the 1984 film Ghostbusters," the Royal Ontario Museum said. Fort Worth police broke up a cockfighting event that ended in the arrests of three men, and 130 birds confiscated, but many had to be euthanized. Officers were called to a home in the 4300 block of Windowmere Street just after 11 a.m. Sunday. Police said 95 cocks, 17 hens and 18 chicks were seized. Seventeen recently-dead cocks were also found on the property. BARRIE, Ont. - Police say officers had to remove an angry beaver that stopped traffic north of Toronto. Barrie, Ont., police say they were called to a roadway around 9:30 p.m. last Friday where officers had to use batons to coax the beaver off the road. They say the beaver came back onto the road, stopping traffic yet again. They say officers called animal control and then boxed up the rodent and released it back into the wild. A 10-year-old girl attacked by an alligator in central Florida was able to break free from the reptile after prying its jaws open, authorities said. The girl was with her family at Moss Park in Orange County when she was bitten Saturday, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. Wildlife commission spokesman Chad Weber said the girl was sitting in shallow water when the 8-foot-9-inch gator bit her on her knee and calf. About dozen people were swimming nearby when the girl began screaming for help.
