A snake hunter caught a pregnant 16-foot python in south Florida.
78 eggs.
The eggs look bigger than a chicken’s.
He will earn over $800 for that catch. About $400 from the government catch program and another $400 for the skin.
If he could only catch on like that everyday.
Pythons Courtesy of one million third worlders who have invaded South Florida and continue to come.They think nothing of releasing almost anything in South Dade West of Krome ave. where they can go all the way to Fla Bay to the South or Naples to the West.

Why and how would an illegal bring a python with them? More likely some yahoos who thought it’s cool to have pythons for pets and let them escape.
They escaped as a result of hurricane Andrew. The rest of it has been pythons doing what pythons do.
Well, Mother’s Day is just around the corner.
Makes sense.
More likely released to the wild when it got so big that the wife told the yahoo to get rid of it.
They don’t necessarily bring them with them its how and where they discard almost any animal that creates problems.
So they buy them after they get here and release them? Why? More likely it has nothing to do with illegals.

A female python can carry sperm for fertilizing her eggs for 10 years. Invasive species. It is said that in 75 years or so these pythons will be up into GAMAL (Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana). A biologist friend of mine told me a few years back, and after couple of children and a young woman had been killed by pet pythons, that when they are feeding you cannot get out of their way fast enough, they pounce and can spring better than twice their length. Some of the 16 footers weigh over 250 pounds. Pure muscle.

My Japanese Rat Snake that escaped her (I don’t really know, I just call it a “her”) cage two years ago actually returned last Sunday. A neighbor freaked out and came over to tell my wife about a snake because they knew I love them and catch them. I went over to their house and found my old pet. I knew it was her because of the same scare on her head. I picked her up, walked back to my place and prepared her cage outside our porch again. It’s interesting that she didn’t grow in the two years. I compared her now to a skin from then and it was pretty close. Normally they will put on a lot of growth over the summer. I bought 10 quail eggs and she ate all of them right away. It’s so fun seeing her full of eggs and listening as they crack inside her as they go down her body. I’m going out snake hunting at the river tomorrow. Rat snake season is from the second week of May to the second week of June by my studies, then they become a little harder to find as the summer warms up since they’ve had their wake-up snack from the winter hibernation and can move about more easily.
Sorry ace you wouldn’t get it unless you have lived here for 70 years.
