The Associated Press reported on Saturday that the party said it could not come up with a $1 million bond payment required by the court by Monday, when a hearing was scheduled. The Green Party had questioned whether voting machines had been hacked or manipulated

Some snapped pictures, others watched intently as an official recount of 75 Philadelphia voting divisions took place Friday afternoon at the city's massive voting machine warehouse in Nicetown. The recount of 4 percent of the city's 1,686 voting divisions was the result of a recount campaign launched by Green party presidential candidate Jill Stein in various counties and states throughout the country. Philadelphia City Commissioners, who make up the Board of Elections, agreed to recount ballots in 75 divisions in which there were at least three affidavits for each division from voters asking for a recount. They rejected the request...

A Montgomery County Court judge rejected a petition Wednesday to recanvass votes in some of the county's precincts, turning down a request by Green Party candidate Jill Stein's campaign, which is seeking a recount of votes in Pennsylvania. Judge Bernard A. Moore dismissed the petitions for recounts in 72 of the county's 425 precincts at the end of a brief hearing Wednesday afternoon, offering no reason for his ruling. The petitions were part of a larger effort by Stein's campaign to seek a statewide recount. Stein's campaign filed a petition in Commonwealth Court that is scheduled for consideration at a...

HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount. Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign contend the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence. “Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated. Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by...

Michigan – the battleground state with one of the closest margins in the country – appears headed toward a 2016 presidential election recount, although the deadline for requesting one is not until November 30. ...snip... The Detroit Free Press said the recount “will be a monumental task for the Secretary of State and 83 county clerks around Michigan” and that the state will hand count each ballot if a recount is requested. Michigan’s recount rules say that a candidate “who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible ‘fraud or mistake’...

The Green Party's 2016 Presidential candidate Jill Stein is announcing her intention to seek a "recount of votes in the battleground states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania." The campaign's press release, posted in full below, cites "a multi-partisan effort to check the accuracy of the machine-counted vote tallies in these states in order to ensure the integrity of our elections." The announcement follows on word that leaked out yesterday at New York magazine that top electronic voting experts and election integrity advocates have been encouraging the Hillary Clinton campaign to file for similar hand-counts and forensic analyses of electronic voting...

There’s been a lot of talk online over the last day about mysterious results in these two states, and whether the election could have been hacked. But when you look at the actual data, there’s no indication there was fraud — in fact, Trump’s victories follow patterns seen across the country, regardless of the type of ballot. Two weeks after the shock of Donald Trump’s victory wore off and reality set in, some are alleging that the voting in key Midwestern swing states was somehow “hacked.” These people contend this may be the real reason three states that have voted...

On Wednesday, 16 November, 2016, two brothers decided to rob a Bucks County pizza shop in Levitown, Pennsylvania. It was just after 10 p.m. The shop had closed only moments before, but there was one customer left inside.During the robbery, one of the brothers, Shawn Rose, pistol whipped the customer on the forehead. The customer dropped to one knee. In a fluid and rapidly changing situation, it is very hard for perpetrators to keep track of all the actors. It only takes a momentary lapse to give a victim a chance to strike back.Rose looked away. The customer drew...

The Palestinian Authority is furious over a proposed law that would prohibit places of worship from using a loudspeaker system, and threatened to take Israel to the UN Security Council. A Hamas representative called the bill "a dangerous and provocative development. Any interference on the part of the Israelis will be met with disaster. No one is allowed to interfere with our religious rituals." On Sunday, the "Muezzin Law" was approved by the Ministerial Committee for Legislation. The law was initiated by MK Motti Yogev (Jewish Home) and other Knesset members, and came after Israeli citizens complained about the disruption...

Republican congressman Lou Barletta claimed victory long before Donald Trump did on 8 November. While the ballot counting for president would go on into the wee hours, by 10pm Barletta was on a small stage in a high-ceilinged restaurant in downtown Hazleton, Pennsylvania, thanking his supporters for re-electing him for a fourth term in his 11th district seat. "I think we win by more each time," the 60-year-old said to raucous applause from the crowd of roughly 200. Barletta's district is a long, club-shaped collection of nine counties in the conservative, northeastern part of Pennsylvania. It is these rural counties...

Israeli is planning to "eliminate Abbas politically and physically" as it did to Yasser Arafat - according to the newest Palestinian Authority libel against Israel. So reports Palestinian Media Watch (PMW), which monitors anti-Israel incitement in PA media reports and official statements. With the 12th anniversary of the death of arch-terrorists and ex-PA leader Yasser Arafat approaching, the PA has revived its old libel that Israel murdered Arafat, ignoring the fact that it has been disproven by several different medical teams. To add insult to injury, the PA is now adding warnings of an impending Israeli "assassination" of current PA...

I live in Adams County. I went to the corner deli for Lunch today. As I was waiting for my sandwich I engaged in conversation with the woman owner (she is in her 60s) about the upcoming election. As soon as I said that her eyes lit up and she went on a 5 minute tirade....the jist of which went something like this. "...
