A trio of Republicans in the so-called Gang of Eight huddled with leading figures at Fox News Channel on the bipartisan effort in the Senate to reform the nation's immigration system, according to a piece published in this week's issue of The New Yorker. The story, written by Ryan Lizza, indicated that Sens. He says that his new book in his "Killing" series will present the story in terms of historic and political events that changed the world. There are various ways to describe the civil war rising inside the Republican Party: insiders versus outsiders, pragmatists versus true-believers, establishment versus Tea Party.
