I've been toying with the idea of having a "Support President Trump" rally in Portland, OR. Obviously the city has just gone through a week of violent leftist protests. These are clearly intended to suppress conservative people, thought and support for Trump in the city. Put bluntly there is a very high level of intimidation in these events. Which got me to thinking about other times when mobs have been used to intimidate. For the fourth straight night, anti-Trump protesters took to the streets of downtown Portland, and for the second straight night the protest turned into a melee. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has cancelled or delayed major upcoming campaign events in Colorado, Nevada, and Oregon. His scheduled speech focusing on immigration in Denver on Thursday has been postponed, although he will still attend a fundraiser that day, according to the Denver Post. Trump also cancelled a planned rally in Las Vegas on Friday, according to campaign spokesman Michael Chamberlain. In addition, his planned rally and fundraiser in Portland, Oregon, originally scheduled for Aug. 31, is also cancelled, local CBS affiliate KOIN reported.

Bing is now projecting that Trump will win the remaining states in which he has primaries by garnering at least 70% of the popular vote.
