DENVER, Colorado - Four Christian Universities in Oklahoma lost a religious freedom case Tuesday in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. A district court temporarily stopped enforcement of the Obama administration's abortion-pill mandate after the universities objected to it in 2013. OKLAHOMA CITY — Attorneys for a New York-based reproductive rights group plan to be in an Oklahoma courtroom to ask a judge to block an Oklahoma law that requires abortion providers to have a physician with local hospital admitting privileges on-site when abortion procedures are performed. The New York-based Center for Reproductive Rights filed a lawsuit in October on behalf of an Oklahoma doctor who performs nearly half the state's abortions.
