A woman “slapped” the back of a police car moments before Australian-born bride-to-be Justine Damond was shot to death by a Minnesota cop, according to a new search warrant. The warrant, filed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which is investigating the fatal shooting, doesn’t explicitly say that woman was Damond, Minnesota Public Radio reported. Prosecutors say a woman shot and killed her wife Sunday in their New Jersey home. Laura Bluestein, 28, was charged Monday with first degree murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and tampering with evidence. The Kate Steinle murder case continues with yet another hearing Tuesday. Both sides are expected back in a San Francisco court at 9 a.m. Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez is accused of shooting and killing Steinle on Pier 14 in 2015.
