The Washington Free Beacon reports. I have no idea whom to believe. Iran and Western nations including the United States came to an agreement on the framework for an interim deal late Saturday night in Geneva. The deal has yet to be implemented The White House released a multi-page fact sheet containing details of the draft agreement shortly after the deal was announced. However, Iranian foreign ministry official on Tuesday rejected the White House’s version of the deal as “invalid” and accused Washington of releasing a factually inaccurate primer that misleads the American public.

New Jersey waitress who was denied tip because she was gay may have forged receipt: report Dayna Morales, who posted the receipt on Facebook, is sticking to her story. Morales’ image shows a $93.55 bill, no tip, and the message, ‘Sorry, I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle and the way you live your life.’ But the couple came forward with their copy of the receipt and their credit card bill statement to debunk Morales’ story. BY IRVING DEJOHN / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS The New Jersey waitress that claimed she was denied a tip because...

The question is: “Exactly what kind of person is Obama?” At first blush, the simple answer would be that he is the worst kind of human being – the kind who is willing to lie and betray without remorse as long as his lies and betrayal get him what he wants. He is a shell of a human being, consumed by the hauntings of his socio-inadequate childhood and the most dysfunctional, hate-filled, delusional, ersatz couple for parents a child could have short of being an offspring of a parentage between Idi Amin and Emma Goldman.

This weekend, the Obama Administration proclaimed that a historic “deal” was reached with the mad mullahs of Tehran. A breakthrough in their nuclear program, one that would ease sanctions and restrictions, while keeping them “away” from nuclear weapons. The joke is on us because nothing changes. But in the meantime, Obama could have secured the release of American Pastor Saeed Abedini, and possibly others, imprisoned in Iran for his Christian faith. If he cared, he could have made the release of Abedini as part of the terms for the “nuclear agreement” with Iran. But Obama abandons Americans at every turn....

These Dems have to balance their loyalty to the president—and his desire to halt the Islamic Republic's nuclear program—with their discomfort over a deal. It's been a tough year for Israel's most loyal supporters in the U.S. It began with a messy confirmation process for Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, a nominee whom pro-Israeli groups viewed with concern. Over the summer, President Obama leaned on those groups, most notably the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, to lobby for his proposal authorizing military intervention in Syria, only to abandon the push at the last minute. And, most recently, pro-Israel organizations have been...

".....the Department of Health and Human Services touted a study by the liberal health-care group FamiliesUSA that purported to show that “less than 1 percent of nation’s non-elderly are at risk of losing their current individual market plan and paying more for insurance” on the Obamacare exchanges. To get that one percent number FamiliesUSA assumed that everyone below 400 percent of the federal poverty level(FPL)is eligible for a subsidy to help purchase insurance on the exchanges. As the study claims:The individual market covers 5.7 percent of the non-elderly population—a small slice of all insured Americans. The overwhelming majority of those people...

The White House is "as sorry as we can be" that a Washington state woman held up as an example of the success of the Affordable Care Act marketplaces appears to be falling through the cracks, press secretary Jay Carney said Tuesday. In mid-October, President Obama cited single mother Jessica Sanford as an exchange success story after she wrote to him after being able to sign up for insurance in early October. She's since learned that her state's system miscalculated her tax credit and that her out-of-pocket costs will be substantially higher than expected.

Attacks on the Affordable Care Act have stepped up over the last week or so. You'd think that the healthcare reform known as Obamacare is leading to the wholesale loss of affordable insurance by huge sectors of the American public, many of whom will be impoverished by being forced into low-quality health plans at exorbitant prices. You'd think the entire reform is on "life support," as the usually judicious National Journal put it today, speculating that Democrats may soon start calling for its repeal. Don't buy the hype. The numbers tell an entirely different story. What they also demonstrate is...

"........If ACA navigators on occasion have urged poor applicants to fudge on their eligibility, what is the big deal? Are those really lies—given that the system that reduced some Americans to poverty and the status of the uninsured is one big lie to begin with? When “regulations” are enforced about voter IDs, Obamaphones, or eligibility for disability insurance and food stamps, poor people suffer;when they are ignored, the real truth emerges and a higher justice is served...... Again, how could the president be accused of lying when he was helping the uninformed to be released from their “crap” coverage in order to...

In the home stretch of the 2012 presidential campaign, from August to September, the unemployment rate fell sharply — raising eyebrows from Wall Street to Washington. The decline — from 8.1 percent in August to 7.8 percent in September — might not have been all it seemed. The numbers, according to a reliable source, were manipulated. And the Census Bureau, which does the unemployment survey, knew it.

President Obama has taken a lot of heat for promising that if Americans liked the health coverage that they had before Obamacare, they would be able to keep it under the new law. But the president wasn't the only Democrat in Washington who made that false promise. Many, many other Democratic officeholders said the same thing.

Obama was looking forward to spending the night at his house in Kenwood, on the city’s South Side—the redbrick Georgian Revival pile that he and Michelle and their daughters left behind when they took up residence in the White House. He arrived fairly late, after 10:00 p.m., but then stayed up even later, intrigued by some old boxes that had belonged to his late mother, Ann Dunham. Dunham had died seven years earlier, but Obama hadn’t sorted through all her things. Now, alone in his old house for just the third night since he’d become president, he started rummaging through...

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) went on MSNBC to run cover for President Obama’s “If like your , your ,” which has proven to be a huge political thorn in the President’s side, as Americans are losing those very healthcare plans he said they could keep. you plan you can keep plan “At the end of the day, most of those people who are having their plans transitioned will have better benefits for lower costs, All they have to do is go on the exchange and shop around, which arguably needs to be easier than it...

It’s now a matter of bipartisan consensus that President Obama should have been more honest and forthright in selling his health-care plan. Here is the transcript of the speech he never gave: Hello, St. Paul! It is so good to be back in the great state of Minnesota. Go Gophers! [We love you!] I love you back! [Stomping, cheers.] I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’ve been talking about health-care reform a little lately. [Laughter.] I want to set the record straight on a few things today. Republicans are out there scaring folks, and saying that they’ll lose their...

President Barack Obama told his enthusiastic supporters Monday night that he never promised what video recordings show him promising at least 29 times. The videos show Obama promising 300 million Americans that “if you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan, period.” But that’s not what he really said, Obama announced Monday in a speech to about 200 Organizing for Action supporters, gathered at the St. Regis hotel in D.C. “What we said was you could keep it if it hasn’t changed since the law was passed,” he told Obamacare’s political beneficiaries and contractors....

Justin Bieber dropped down a notch on the Twitter pecking order over the weekend as Katy Perry beat him to become the social network’s most popular user... ... some are questioning just how many followers of both singers are real. StatusPeople reckons more than 40% of Bieber’s Twitter fans are fake, compared to 52% of Perry’s. Bieber took over the most-followers title nine months ago, ending Lady Gaga’s two-year reign. Seven of the ten most followed Twitter users are musical artists, while the remaining three are Instagram, YouTube and U.S. President Barack Obama, according to CNBC.

The Obamacare rollout is a world-class failure. The most expensive website in history doesn’t work and those who battle through the website to get to the cost of the policies are most often shocked to see expensive policies with very high deductibles. So it’s time for the well-used Obama Excuse Machine to start pumping out excuses. Consider the following stories we have heard from Democrats: 1. Our problems are caused by the fact that Republicans said our plan would not work. They said government could not manage this gigantic health care takeover in an efficient or inexpensive fashion. That’s the...

Big Oil: So what happened to the $19 billion judgment against Chevron over rainforest pollution in Ecuador? Seems the leftist lawyer behind it all now finds himself in the dock on a RICO rap for a massive fraud. This has been going on for years, the oft-repeated meme that Chevron, through its Texaco acquisition, polluted the rainforest floor and poisoned its helpless villagers. Activist Bianca Jagger is emblematic of this disregard for fact. In the Huffington Post, she wrote that while she's no apologist for Chevron's accusers, the bottom line is: "Ecuadorian communities were the victims of exploitation by a...

President Obama loves to golf. President Obama loves to campaign. President Obama loves to hobnob with celebrities. In fact, President Obama loves all the trappings of the presidency except, it would seem, actually doing the job of being President. As President, Barack Obama is every bit the bomb-thrower you’d expect from a progressive activist community organizer – all sizzle, no steak. He can campaign like a champion, present old, failed ideas as though they’d never been uttered before, and tell a lie with a straight face as well as anyone if Hollywood. But what he’s no good at is managing...

Democratic leaders in Congress echoed President Obama’s promise in 2009 that people would not lose their healthcare plans if they liked them. Republicans have pounced on Obama’s repeated pitch for the healthcare overhaul, especially after plans across the country recently mailed out policy cancellation notices. The president wasn’t the only one making big promises on ObamaCare. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), who rallied all members of his caucus to support the landmark law, promised the Affordable Care Act (ACA) would let people keep the insurance plans they had at the time. Reid touted that aspect of the law among...
