Just saw Madison Gesiotto on Neil Cavuto discussing a day without imigrant. She was opposed by a another woman, who had synthetic and contrived sound bites regarding citizen, those waiting for years on their papers and conflating illegal immigration with legal citizens, who pay their taxes, come to America to improve the lives of their families. Of course she used obfuscation to describe immigration, refusing to acknowledge the difference between Lawful and Legal Immigration. Stupidly, she told Madison "Your family were immigrants" As Madison pointed out, her family came here as legal immigrants and worked hard to become citizens, who...

The presidential candidate of a foreign nation campaigns on American soil and dumps all over America and American values and the media is silent. Why isn't this a big deal as it should be? Why in hell is he campaigning for president of Mexico on American soil? That's the elephant in the room. When you're campaigning for an office you naturally go where the voters are and Obrador went to Los Angeles. This reinforces many of President Trumps talking points about illegal immigration to include that millions of illegals cast votes in the election, and that there are way more...

FULL TITLE: Transgender illegal immigrant is arrested by ICE agents moments after winning a protective order against her 'abusive' boyfriend An illegal immigrant was arrested by border agents just moments after a judge gave her a protective order against her partner, claiming he was abusive. Documents filed at El Paso County Courthouse in Texas on February 9 show that the victim, a transgender woman, had been granted a protective order against her boyfriend, Mario Alberto De Avila. The court documents refer to the victim using a male name, Irvin Gonzalez, but the El Paso Times reports that she is also...

An undocumented immigrant is taking refuge at a church in Denver while she fights to remain in the country. Jeanette Vizguerra, a mother of four, was scheduled to check in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents Wednesday morning. She wanted to extend the stay on her deportation order, which expired last week, while she applies for a special visa. It was denied. She now faces separation from her American-born children, the youngest of whom is just 6. Vizguerra’s attorney appeared in court for her, saying she probably would have been taken into custody if she appeared. She is now taking...

A federal appeals court Monday upheld the conviction of Mohamed Osman Mohamud for attempting to detonate a bomb during downtown Portland's holiday tree-lighting ceremony, rejecting his argument that federal authorities had entrapped him. While the three-member panel of judges in the 9Th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found the government's conduct was "quite aggressive at times,'' they concluded it fell short of a due process violation, according to the 50-page ruling. "The complete lack of reluctance on Mohamud's part to participate in the bombing - indeed his immediate zeal to see it through - separates this case from those in...

Immigrant advocates packed a Dallas County commissioners meeting Tuesday, turning a vote welcoming unauthorized immigrants into hours of emotional, sometimes tense debate over so-called sanctuary cities. The "Welcoming Communities" resolution, which is not legally binding, passed 4-1. The commission's sole Republican, Commissioner Mike Cantrell, voted against it. Commissioner Elba Garcia, who moved to America from Mexico decades ago, said she introduced the resolution to calm immigrants and make them feel safe in Dallas County. She said local law enforcement officers have told her they want to forge trust with immigrants — not deport them. "The purpose of this resolution is the dream —...

Judge Robart took it upon himself to substitute his judgment for the president’s. The judge gave unwarranted deference to the speculative, vague interests asserted by the states of Washington and Minnesota, who claimed without any concrete evidence that the temporary suspension of entry of aliens from the seven countries “adversely affects” their own “States’ residents in areas of employment, education, business, family relations, and freedom to travel.” This preposterous conclusory assertion overlooks the fact that the affected individuals temporarily barred from entering the country are not residents of these states and are not entitled to the states’ protection.

The man who plowed a car into a crowd at Ohio State University before stabbing several pedestrians with a butcher knife on Monday is said to have referred to American-born Al Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki as a “hero” on his social media accounts. Law enforcement sources told Fox News on Tuesday that the reference of al-Awlaki on Abdul Razak Ali Artan’s social media accounts is “deeply concerning” because it could suggest he was self-radicalized before launching the attack. While a motive has not been confirmed, authorities are looking into whether the car-and-knife attack by the Somali-born student was an anti-U.S. terrorist attack.

President Trump this week signed an executive order declaring war on so-called sanctuary cities. Agencies within the United States Government will begin withholding federal grant funds from those cities, and additional actions to enforce federal immigration law will be taken soon. Unlike Obama, President Trump is not trying to making new laws by executive decree. In his Executive Order, the president is only reminding mayors and governors of existing federal law dating to 1996: U.S. Code › Title 8 › Chapter 12 › Subchapter II › Part IX › § 1373 8 U.S. Code § 1373 – Communication between government...

Brent Scher of the Washington Free Beacon reports that the Democratic party’s slate of nominees for DNC chair has agreed to participate in a candidate forum hosted at a restaurant owned by a rabid critic of Israel. The decision to hold it there may give the leading contender for DNC chair — the rabidly anti-Israel and one-time Louis Farrakhan backer Keith Ellison — something of a “home field” advantage. Sadly, however, it’s far from clear that any of the participants will feel out of place. (Tom Perez is the only contender who has not confirmed he will attend.) The restaurant...

<p>A lot is being said now about the “silent secret Trump supporters.”</p>
<p>This is my confession — and explanation: I — a 51-year-old, a Muslim, an immigrant woman “of color” — am one of those silent voters for Donald Trump. And I’m not a “bigot,” “racist,” “chauvinist” or “white supremacist,” as Trump voters are being called, nor part of some “whitelash.”</p>

From the moment she stepped foot in America from Liberia at the age of 11, Tracy Garley knew she wanted to own a business. Now at the age of 27, she finds that her dream has come true. “Coming from Liberia, I came from a country that had nothing, so coming to Detroit, Michigan, I saw so much opportunity,” said Garley. She opened a retail shop on Woodward Avenue in Detroit, which she calls Zarkpa’s Purses and Accessories. The shop features unique, affordable handbags, jewelry and clothing, including items from her native country in West Africa. She has put her...

Over the past few weeks, we've written frequently about allegations of voter fraud from around the country. The key swing state of Virginia, in particular, seems to be a hotbed of potential corruption as evidenced by the actions of 19 year old "Young Virginia Democrat", Andrew Spieles, who allegedly acted alone to re-register a bunch of dead voters in his home state (see our post here). Then there were the efforts of Virginia's governor, and long-time Clinton confidant, Terry McAuliffe to register 200,000 felons to vote. But Virginia, isn't the only state with questionable voter registration practices. Fraudulent voter registrations...

A 34-year-old Mexican citizen arrested in Mandeville pleaded guilty Wednesday (Sept. 7) to possessing a gun while in the U.S. illegally, according to the U.S. Attorney's office in New Orleans. Salvador Acosta-Salas, also known as Jamie Gonzales Jr., faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Acosta-Salas' charge -- possession of a firearm by an undocumented immigrant -- stemmed from a July 30 speeding stop in Mandeville, court documents show. When pulled over, Acosta-Salas got out of his vehicle and produced a Mexican identification card for Mandeville police, but he did...

PARIS (AP) — Authorities in southern France have detained a Moroccan man they said stabbed a woman and her three daughters Tuesday at an Alps resort. Jean-Marc Duprat, a deputy mayor for the town of Laragne-Monteglin in the Hautes-Alpes region, says the mother and her girls, aged 8, 12 and 14, were vacationing at a nearby resort when a man from a neighboring apartment attacked them Tuesday morning as they ate their breakfast. Duprat initially said the man was upset that the girls were wearing shorts and T-shirts. The youngest girl, who was the most gravely wounded, was out of...

Multiple media sources have identified the driver of the truck that plowed into the crowd killed 84 people as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhel, 31. Reportedly Bouhel was a Nice resident of Tunisian origin, and may have dual citizenship. Bouhel was a married father of three and a professional delivery driver. Local media reports he was known by French police for violence and “common law crimes,” but not to the intelligence services. His cellphone and bank card was found in the truck. The Daily Mail reported that Bouhel had parked his truck on the street nearly nine hours earlier, and told police...

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment admits that sixteen refugees were diagnosed with active TB between 2011 and 2014. The admission comes one month after Breitbart News reported ten recently arrived refugees in Colorado were diagnosed with active tuberculosis (TB). Between 2011 and 2014, 16 out of 7,754 refugees were diagnosed with active TB at the time of their initial medical screening. That’s one out of every 484 arriving refugees. During that same time period, 67 out of the state’s estimated 4.5 million U.S.-born residents were diagnosed with active TB. That’s one out of every 67,164 U.S.-born residents...

Federal authorities said in the affidavit that in late March, Jalloh made his first contact with a source who was working with a now-deceased overseas co-conspirator who was a member of the Islamic State. The overseas co-conspirator encouraged the source to have an in-person meeting with Jalloh, the documents state, and when they did meet on April 9, the FBI was watching. At that meeting, Jalloh praised Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez, who killed five U.S. service members in Chattanooga, Tenn., last year, the documents said. And Jalloh, at one point, suggested that someone known for organizing contests for cartoons of the...

One of the sitting members on the Homeland Security Advisory Council’s (HSAC) Subcommittee on Countering Violent Extremism is a 25-year-old immigrant of Syrian heritage who said that the 9/11 attacks “changed the world for good” and has consistently disparaged America, free speech and white people on social media. Laila Alawa was one of just 15 people tapped to serve on the newly-formed HSAC Subcommittee on Countering Violent Extremism in 2015 — the same year she became an American citizen. Just last week, the subcommittee submitted a report to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, recommending that the DHS avoid...
