United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it arrested 86 foreign nationals across five Midwestern states last week, including 26 in Minnesota. In a release Wednesday, the department said the operation targeted immigration fugitives, re-entrants and at-large criminal aliens over a three-day span. The operation included 32 arrests in Nebraska, 26 in Minnesota, 23 in Iowa, four in North Dakota and one in South Dakota.
