Bill O'reilly: The millions of illegals working on farms etc. You don't have a squad or a crew going after them? Sessions: No, you are correct. That is not where ICE is focusing its efforts at all.

We’re seeing a theme in media coverage of deportations this month and much of it centers around whether or not ICE should be arresting illegal immigrants in or around courthouse grounds. The New York Daily News tossed out another grenade in the debate this week and they employ the increasingly common tactic of finding someone they view as being relatively benign to pose as the face of the illegal immigrant community which is currently “under attack†by Donald Trump’s administration. The subject of this story is Floyel Stapleton, an illegal alien from the Caribbean who was recently arrested while...

A Guatemalan national accused of raping a minor has disappeared after being allowed to post bail. Gabino Vargas-Perez, a 20-year-old legal resident whose parents live in Guatemala, allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl whom he was dating after stalking her for months at Central High School, according to KETV News. The victim’s aunt told KETV that the teen reported the stalking to school officials but nothing was done. The administration says they have no records of the reports.

Matryoshkas are Russian nesting dolls. Inside each doll are several others, smaller but identically shaped characters, until you get to the smallest one inside. Studying what we have learned of the timeline -- and we still don’t have the entire story -- we see Wikileaks, the smallest, at the core, and Obama as the largest piece in what is the most historically outrageous misuse of the people and institutions of government for partisan advantage.

One of the illegal alien suspects accused of raping and sodomizing a 14-year-old freshman at Rockville High School “is being used as an unjust scapegoat by the opponents of recent immigration practices,” his defense attorney said Wednesday. “Based on everything we know, we think he’s innocent. This appears to have been a consensual encounter,” attorney Andrew Jezic told the Washington Post. Jezic has been retained by the family of 18-year-old illegal alien suspect Henry E. Sanchez. Sanchez Milian and Jose Montano, 17, allegedly raped the victim orally, vaginally, and anally, sometimes simultaneously, in a bathroom stall on March 16 as...

It's all too common. A fourteen year old Maryland girl was raped and sodomized by two "immigrants", at least one of whom is an illegal alien. New, brutal details emerged Monday in the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl at a Maryland high school by two male students, at least one of whom was in the country illegally. The unidentified student at Rockville High School in Rockville, Md. was violently raped, sodomized and made to perform oral sex in a campus bathroom stall by the two males, according to court records. Jose O. Montano, 17, from El Salvador, and...

It’s well beyond ideological tone deafness that leads the Maryland Democrat State Legislature to propose they become the first entire sanctuary state in the nation against the backdrop of a brutal rape of a 14-year-old freshman student by 17 and 18-yr-old illegal alien classmates. Just hours ago republican governor Larry Hogan posted this on his Facebook page:

The Obama administration last year began the process of granting legal status to a 36-year-old illegal immigrant with a long criminal rap sheet whom agents had twice tried to deport and who now stands accused of killing his 15-year-old girlfriend, mother of one child with him, and pregnant with another. The Texas case, involving Armando Garcia-Ramirez, a Mexican, is raising new questions about immigration enforcement under President Obama, as supporters of President Trump point to the matter as proof of a broken-immigration system. Mr. Garcia may even have been the girl’s stepfather at the time he impregnated her — something...

Sanctuary cities are a breeding ground for experienced criminals, fledgling criminals and experienced victims. By their very nature, they are inviting people who fear deportation because they either already have, or soon will have committed a crime. And the politicians who support this criminality see it as a price worth paying to “appear” accepting of overall immigration; they defend the rights of criminal migrants in the hope of appealing to non-criminal migrants. It is not only wrong and unfair to conflate the two, but also it perpetuates the misery of the law-abiding migrants who are so frequently the victims. Today...

Two immigrants, ages 17 and 18 were arrested at a Maryland High School on Thursday and charged with three counts each in connection with the rape of a 14 year old female classmate. One of the immigrants, Sanchez, 18 is actually the subject of an ‘alien removal’ case. Henry Sanchez, 18, and Jose Montano, 17, were arrested at Rockville High School on Thursday and charged with three counts each in connection with the rape of a female classmate.

Rockville, Md., the city home to the recent immigrant high school rape scandal, is considering declaring itself a sanctuary city to hide illegals. Although Rockville police have had a long-standing policy neither to question suspected illegals about their immigration status, or to cooperate with federal immigration authorities, the city is now considering the process of formalizing that informal standard by becoming a sanctuary city. Rockville City Councilmember Julie Palakovich Carr introduced an ordinance in early March in response to President Donald Trump’s pledge to beat back illegal immigration.

California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye on Thursday told federal immigration officials to stop “stalking undocumented immigrants” at California courthouses. Cantil-Sakauye said she was “deeply concerned” that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are apparently seeking out undocumented immigrants for deportation at courthouses and courtrooms from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

In a city with enlightened leaders, people might commend Rocky and Lisa Cole for finding a way to get by without city water or a top heating system. Unfortunately for the Coles, they live in Fort Hutchinson where government bureaucrats try to force rigid adherence to the city's military like regulations. Hutchinson's hypocritical officials want everyone to obey their regulations, but don't think they need to obey the constitutional provisions defining the judicial power. Hutchinson's municipal court violates both the state and federal constitutions. It doesn't have the constitutional authority to legally fine people, take property or place people in...

House lawmakers kicked off their effort to push back against national monuments designations, targeting the large swaths of ocean the Obama administration made off limits to fishing. “I don’t believe the Antiquities Act should have ever been applied to oceans,” Alaska Republican Rep. Don Young said during a Wednesday hearing on marine monument designations. “There was never intent of that.” Republicans on the House Committee on Natural Resources have long criticized former President Barack Obama’s use of the Antiquities Act to put millions of square miles off limits to commercial fishing with little to no input from locals. With President...

An illegal immigrant will be deported after admitting to raping a 15-year-old girl during a New Year’s Eve party. At the time of the crime, Martell was celebrating his birthday when the victim arrived with a friend. The victim was younger than most at the party, where alcohol and marijuana were present.

Abigail Peterson, her lawyer, said that authorities informed her that Vargas' case will be handled as a 'visa waiver overstay,' which...
