An illegal immigrant will be deported after admitting to raping a 15-year-old girl during a New Year’s Eve party. Leonel Jardines Martell, 23, pleaded guilty to statutory rape after performing a sex act on a minor during a party in 2014, the Gaston Gazette reported.
At the time of the crime, Martell was celebrating his birthday when the victim arrived with a friend. The victim was younger than most at the party, where alcohol and marijuana were present.

So coming to the US illegally is the Get Out of Jail Free card for criminals. Commit a crime, get deported, come back, and do it again.
Maybe deporting them with a catapult that launches them about 1000’ up in the air — without a parachute — would solve the problem.

I don’t know if that is from a Sanctuary City, but some School Districts don’t permit anyone to even ask the student or family members whether they are here legally. The deception can be carried off from kindergarten till high school graduation. American Taxpayers would have already financed the ill-gotten gains of their free education.
People would be surprised (maybe) to know how often this occurs.
