DES MOINES, Iowa —Donald Trump wants to offer free helicopter rides to children at the Iowa State Fair, reports The Daily Mail newspaper. Trump told the British newspaper on Wednesday that "he's asked the Iowa State Fair for permission to set up the thrill ride at his own risk and expense."
