Yo FBI, I found the white supremacist! VIDEO AT LINK............ Do you see the hatred in her eyes? I visited the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem a number of years ago. They had an entire section dedicated to the rhetoric that was used by the Nazi party to justify their hate. I see that same anger and hate in this woman's eyes. Your time is officially up. Remind me what the "right side of history" looks like again?

When Yad Vashem exhibits were redone, a telling photo was not returned to the prominent position it had had before. Why not? ... a notorious Nazi SS general, a leading Muslim cleric and the father of a nation - all in one. This person is Haj Amin al Husseini. Husseini was the powerful patriarch of the leading Arab clan in Palestine in the first half of the twentieth century. He used his political power and religious influence for his life's motif - the murder of Jews. ... in 1929, there was no Zionist "apartheid occupation”, no "occupied territories" nor "settlers";...

More than 300 scholars have signed onto an open letter urging the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum to retract its statement that rejects comparisons between migrant detention facilities and concentration camps. "The Museum’s decision to completely reject drawing any possible analogies to the Holocaust, or to the events leading up to it, is fundamentally ahistorical," the scholars write in a write in a letter letter published in The New York Review of Books. "It has the potential to inflict severe damage on the Museum’s ability to continue its role as a credible, leading global institution dedicated to Holocaust memory, Holocaust education,...

The photo, taken in 1935, depicts a woman in a dark dress shuffling down a street in Norden, Germany. A large sign hangs from her neck: “I am a German girl and allowed myself to be defiled by a Jew.” She is surrounded by Nazi stormtroopers. D.C. Council member Trayon White Sr. (D-Ward 8) studied the image. “Are they protecting her?” Lynn Williams, an expert on educational programs at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and White’s tour guide for the day, stared at the photo. “No,” she said. “They’re marching her through.” “Marching through is protecting,” White said. “I think...

A major United States Holocaust Memorial Museum study of the Obama Administration’s Syria policy was put on hold last night after portions of the study given to Tablet were greeted with shock and harsh criticism by prominent Jewish communal leaders and thinkers. According to a publicity email sent by the Museum, the study was set to be launched at an event at the US Institute for Peace in Washington, D.C., on September 11 and was overseen by a former US intelligence and national security official under Obama, Cameron Hudson, now director of the Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide....

Full title:Teens behind racist graffiti sentenced to visit Holocaust Museum, read books by black and Jewish authorsWhen five boys spray-painted a historic black school in Ashburn, Va., with swastikas, “WHITE POWER” and vulgar images, they were motivated more by teenage naivete than by racial hatred, a Loudoun County prosecutor concluded. Three of the boys are minorities themselves, and one also marked the walls with “BROWN POWER.” None had previous troubles with the law. So Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Alex Rueda prepared an unusual sentence recommendation meant to educate them on the meaning of hate speech in the hope that they come...

Following a conference put together by a controversial white nationalist organization called the National Policy Institute on Saturday, the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. has released a statement to condemn the "hateful rhetoric" that took place there. The head of the organization, Richard Spencer, has previously been recognized as someone who is a flagrant "promoter of white identity" who openly opposes multiculturalism.

Claiming that “some Jews may be naïve, but we are not stupid” former Navy and Marine Corps officer and Chaplain Rabbi Dr. Morton Pomerantz has blasted Barack Obama for “creating a climate of hate” against Jews. In a breaking Newsmax.com story, Pomerantz delivers a blistering assault on president Obama’s troubling and dangerous game of moral equivalency: “Obama’s clever construct comparing the mass genocide of six million Jews to the Palestinian struggle will not be lost on the estimated 100 million Muslims who tuned in to hear him [in Cairo]. Perhaps it was not lost on James W. von Brunn, the...

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum condemned the U.S. treatment of Syrian refugees on Thursday and compared their plight to the ordeal of Jewish refugees fleeing the Holocaust..."We cannot and should not blame [refugees] for the actions of an evil terrorist organization," ...Georgette Bennett, the president of the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding and the daughter of Holocaust survivors, said that U.S. politicians' opposition to receiving Syrian refugees reminded her of "the refusal to allow the passengers of the St. Louis to disembark in an American port, sending them back to Europe -- many to their deaths."

The Holocaust Museum Defends Muslim Brotherhood Nazis Muslim Nazis are the real victims of a new Holocaust. September 25, 2015 Daniel Greenfield    Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is a New York writer focusing on radical Islam. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum was tainted from the start.  Carter created the President’s Commission on the Holocaust to pander to the Jews after endorsing a PLO state. Then Carter complained that there were too many Jews on the Commission. One of the Jews he was complaining about was a Presbyterian with a German last name, but...

Jewish groups expressed “shock” on Friday over news that the unveiling of a Holocaust monument in Kavala, Greece was delayed because locals reportedly sought the removal of a Jewish star. -snip- The monument in question memorializes the 1,484 Jews of Kavala who were exterminated during the Nazi occupation of Greece in World War II. The monument was set to be unveiled when, just two days before, the mayor and a majority at the city council insisted on the removal of the image of a Star of David from the memorial. Meanwhile, Greek Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Education,...

Hungarian Jewish leaders are criticizing a new Holocaust museum under construction in Budapest for omitting the culpability of Hungarians in the attempted genocide of the Jews. The museum in Budapest, called House of Fates, is nearly complete, but the planned exhibition focuses only on the last period of the Holocaust in Hungary, starting in 1944, when the ghettoization and deportation of over 500,000 Hungarian Jews was already complete. It fails to deal with the earlier persecution against Hungarian Jews, starting with the passage of anti-Jewish laws in the 1920s, local Jewish community leaders and historians complained. Community leaders said they...

The 89-year-old man accused of a deadly shooting at Washington's Holocaust museum died Wednesday in a prison hospital. At Butner federal prison in North Carolina, spokeswoman Denise Simmons announced that James von Brunn died shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday.... The elderly suspect had been awaiting trial for the killing of security guard Stephen T. Johns at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum on June 10. Von Brunn had been wounded by return fire but survived. Officials at the prison hospital had previously said chronic medical problems had complicated a psychiatric evaluation for the suspect, a white supremacist who prior to the...

WASHINGTON, June 12, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The online ravings of the man who shot and killed a security guard in Washington’s Holocaust Memorial Museum on June 10th show that he does not fit the description of the “right wing” or “conservative Christian” extremist that has been portrayed in the liberal mainstream media since the shooting. In one of many online tirades, the shooter, 88 year-old James von Brunn wrote, “Christianity and the Holocaust are hoaxes. ‘Christianity’ destroyed Roman Civilization. The ‘Holocaust’ Religion is destroying Western Civilization.” Between them, he said, they destroyed the “Aryan gene pool.”He wrote, “socialism represents the future...

Over at Evolution News & Views, I reflect on the question of whether it's "beyond the pale" to read, quote from, and reflect on the worldview implications of James von Brunn's addled thoughts on evolution and eugenics. Excerpt (keep reading after the jump): "Our culture is very comfortable reminding us often of atrocities committed in the name of religion -- whether it's the Crusades, the Inquisition, or 9/11. Ironically, the day of the Holocaust Museum shooting, an interesting new Jewish web magazine, Tablet, published a fascinating scholarly essay by Paula Fredriksen about how under the Nazis, some German theologians tried...

Grandma’s Common Sense By Norma Zager “Common Sense is Common Sense” according to Your Grandma. “Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.” Buddha An interesting sidelight to penning a controversial point of view is the strange conglomeration of followers one recruits along the way. An ideal, universally proposed, that is simply every day common sense seems to transcend nationality, ethnicity, religion or gender. I have been happily surprised that so many corners of our world read...

Our thoughts are with the victims and the family and friends of Stephen Tyrone Johns, the security guard who was killed in the attack. The accused shooter in this event, James Von Brunn, is a former member of American Mensa. Mr. Von Brunn was a member more than 20 years ago and his membership tenure lasted less than a year. For those who objected to my post yesterday quoting Holocaust Museum shooting suspect James von Brunn on the role of evolutionary doctrine, however distorted, in his rationale for racism, let me ask you a question. Try this thought experiment. If in his crazed manifesto he had somehow found support for his thinking not in evolution but in intelligent design, do you think we would have heard nothing about it from the media as in fact we've heard nothing (except from me) about his evolutionary thoughts? What if he had based his hate explicitly on Biblical literalist creationism? Or on Roman...
