Today’s recipes are Italian soups! This is in honor of my Nonna (Italian grandmother), who strangely enough, couldn’t cook anything except soup. Her soups were out of this world good. Unfortunately, I never watched her make one to learn her secret. I know she didn’t make her own stock, so that wasn’t the key.
