Wednesday morning the House of Representatives voted to pass a Department of Homeland Security funding bill that contains 2 amendments to curtail President Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty orders issued in November and in the summer of 2012. That second amendment, offered by Tennessee congresswoman Marsha Blackburn was opposed by 26 RINO Republicans and was nearly defeated.
