A Houston woman gave birth to six babies in a span of nine minutes on Friday morning. Thelma Chiaka had two sets of twin boys and one set of twin girls delivered between 4:50 a.m. and 4:59 a.m, at the Women's Hospital of Texas. According to the hospital's press release, the babies weighed between 1 pound, 12 ounces to 2 pounds, 14 ounces. They are in stable condition and will receive treatment at the hospital's advanced neonatal intensive care unit. The mother is doing well.

Just wanted to share this. For the first time since I have been a County Supervisor (Commissioner), an Administration really wants to hear from local governments. We (AZ County Supervisors) have been invited to a private meeting, at the White House, with top staff from several different agencies who actually want to know how we can work better together. Our family is very proud and excited about our son's early decision acceptance to Hillsdale College to attend in the fall of next year. He's also earned a nice academic merit scholarship that we desperately need. We'll figure out how to pay for the rest of it. Couldn't be prouder or more hopeful about his future.

The boys are Identical twins born to James & Catherine Roth via cesarian section at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, OH. I finally got a job, delivering and shuttling rent cars around. I haven't worked since April of '09.
