Lets take a look at the last 40 or so months, and also consider what has occurred since Tuesday. We are "Leaderless". So if there was ever a time to put that "Alien Dilemma" in play, this would be the ideal time.So put yourself in this ordeal.A small alien space-craft has landed on your front lawn.Three aliens come to your front door. You open the door, and the "Tallest Alien" says,"Take Me To Your Leader". Then what do you do or tell them?Would you go back on the ship,or give them directions to our leaders home? There are probably at least a hundred great answers...

A university study shows that girls as young as six are being conditioned by the media to think of themselves as sex objects. While past studies have found that teens and young women increasingly see themselves in such terms, the study, published last month in the journal Sex Roles, is the first to identify self-sexualization in early elementary-school-aged girls. The study was conducted by psychologists at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, who used paper dolls to determine the level of “self-sexualization” in girls ages six to nine. A total of 60 girls were shown two dolls, one dressed in tight...

If the ancient Greek philosopher Diogenes were to go out with his lantern in search of an honest many today, a survey of Wall Street executives on workplace conduct suggests he might have to look elsewhere. A quarter of Wall Street executives see wrongdoing as a key to success, according to a survey by whistle-blower law firm Labaton Sucharow released on Tuesday. In a survey of 500 senior executives in the United States and the UK, 26 per cent of respondents said they had observed or had first-hand knowledge of wrongdoing in the workplace.

Based on the fissile material, “there are probably 1,600 to 1,800 warheads in the Chinese nuclear arsenal,” Yesin stated. “According to assessments, 800 to 900 warheads...

BEIJING - In a matter of days, the number of expected foreign visitors to Tibet has gone from millions to zero. Chinese authorities alerted foreign travel agencies Tuesday that they would no longer be issuing entry permits to Tibet, the latest in a series of regulations being put on travelers to Tibet. The announcement follows the self-immolation of two Tibetans last week. Tibet is no stranger to Chinese interference in its tourism industry. Tibet's failed rebellion in March 1959 and the event's annual memorial on National Uprising Day has chronically put the region at odds with the People's Republic of...

The great majority of Kosovar Albanians take pride in their reputation as the most pro-American Muslims in the world. Their Sunni Islam is conventional and moderate, and spiritual Sufism is a powerful force among the believers. Since 2009, however, a serious effort has been visible in the Balkan republic to turn Kosovar Islam in the direction of Wahhabism, the ultrafundamentalist sect that inspires al Qaeda. The meddling is coming mainly from neighboring Macedonia, where Albanians and Muslims are recognized officially as minorities, and the Islamic clerical apparatus has come under Arab control. Kosovo defines itself constitutionally as a secular state,...
